They kept me on hold in the phone for more than 10 min. They need to work faster and the manager should do something about your lazy employees.
If I could leave a negative star I would , horrible customer service. Ridiculous, how they couldn’t deliver to me when I’m literally down the street but I’m sick . I should have realized it would be horrible based on previous reviews. Do not go there!
I've had problems with this place before! Someone else should be taking the phone orders! Girl answering the phone got my order wrong and lied about it when I got there! Will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! Will go to the Huntington Beach one instead Much better service!!!If I could give a 1/2 star I would!!
Ordered online for just pick up but they were helping someone out and took forever. However, there was someone at the other counter just standing there and wouldn't help me. Too lazy I guess.
Good food and guys were nice up front. Walked in my order was ready paid and I was out. Good service thanks guys
They put cheese on dough with marinara sauce and an assortment of toppings then someone drives it to your house.
I have an issue with pizza from pretty much all the places. I'm really bothered that I have to order extra toppings(and pay the extra cost) just to get enough to where we can actually taste it. We always order extra and end up with what should be a regular pizza. Not at this Domino's I'm happy to say even though it wasn't actually extra it was allot more then I've gotten in a long time at other places and the pizza was done perfect. I order light sauce and most other places always either still put too much on or not any at all. This was the first time that toppings were really good the pizza cooked perfect and the sauce was the way I like it. I've had to take back and reorder more pizzas then I can count it was nice to get a pizza I was able to relax and eat with a friend without drama over it lol And if you really want a treat get an order of baked ? dip and cinnamon sugar twist very very good.
Love the pizzas but this particular store put me on hold first time 1/2 an hour and when they answer it was no concern for it, today on hold for 15 min got to the store and still on hold they were not bussy and I told them and show them the phone that I was on hold still. And again no concern for it. They need to focus more on customer service.
Placed a phone order and once I got there it wasnt in the system. Didnt get to eat during my lunch. Smh.
Good service too and friendly too
