This del taco location is the worst. If I could give negative stars I would. They keep locking the dining room doors sometimes tying plastic bags around the handels with no explanation of why. Sometimes locking the doors with the lock on the door with a sign short staffed no dine in service. This was last Sunday. The drive thru line was a 20 minute wait because if this. Horrible service if you can't keep staff to operate the place then close up for good.
I usually go here almost every Tuesday for the tacos deal. Today I received very bad service from the drive thru employee. He seemed like he was having a bad day maybe due to lack of employees but I did not like it that he took it out on me. I asked for chopped onions in my burrito and he said he didn't hear me and I said ok can you please add chopped onions and he still brought up that he didn't hear it. That's rude. I asked for 15 del scorcho hot sauce and he said he can't give me that much. I told him I bought 6 tacos and I need 2 hot sauce each per taco then I have a burrito that needs 3 hot sauce and that adds up to 15 hot sauce. He didn't not like my answer. I got home and looked at my tacos and they barely had any ingredients in the taco. I eat this on Tuesday a lot and this time was soooo bad.
Definitely one of the better del tacos I've been to they've never screwed up in order and they're always very generous with the beyond me it's nice having the vegetarian options thank you del Taco a couple of the people that work to drive through are extremely friendly and listen very very well.
This place is suck service. They posted a sign 24 hour drive thru but when I came and they said it’s not until 8am. And some food aren’t ready for customers
Grubhubbed on one of the order from 10:42pm and never show up... but i feel bad having the driver wait because he is still there
No bueno. I know del taco is suffering from the same worker shortage as other businesses, but they're not managing it correctly. The 24-hr drive-thru was closed at 8:15 am, they should have put a cone at the drive-thru so nobody would come through. At lunch time when I went there the dining room was closed but people kept on going up to the door to see if it was open. They need to put something there that indicates that it's closed so people aren't getting out of their cars over and over again. This is terrible management. The manager needs to step up their game. Or del Taco needs to fire this terrible manager.
Worst Iced Coffee I’ve ever had. Taste like a brick of burnt sugar with a weird aftertaste. I couldn’t take more than 2 sips and had to throw it out. Wasted money and now I’m coffee-less :( -1/10
Clean location, but just your average fast food place
just went through the drive through and got someone else order. frustratedbecause now back to work and can't return
Consistent, cheap and quick. Del Taco is the go to spot for dollar menu items that are filling.
