Very poor customer service. They also played the music too loud and they wouldn't lower the volume. They were EXTREMELY rude. The food was also mediocre at best and way overpriced. I would never return to this pathetic restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. I've eaten at hundreds of Vietnamese restaurants. This restaurant is by far the worst I've seen.
Best grilled bbq pork in town.It’s more pricey than your typical com tam places but it’s TOTALLY worth it!!! You also get a small soup with every rice dish.Place gets pretty packed so I usually just order Togo and phone it in ahead of time.
Incredible. I had a #47 Vermicelli and the BBQ pork is outstanding. I tried the shrimp paste and the pork skins from others plates, and I loved it all!
The food was ok, but their customers service are really bad.They simply said they forgot to take our orders even though they acknowledged we were there. HUH?
Seem like I'm in VN now. Love the way they make com tam and fish sauce yum. Very small, so you better come early or get appointments to make sure
I would give an extra star if my call got thru to place a pick up order. Plus, when I got there the cashier was annoyed with me that I didn't call in to order. I quickly told him I CAN'T get thru your phone line is NOT WORKING!! I only went here because I was told the best grilled pork rice noodles. It was pricey but you do get what you paid. The egg roll was super dried, stick with grilled pork. It took exactly 15 mins to get my order good thing. I might come back if my call gets thru to order.
This place has good food. 13.25 for a Korean BBQ com tam. But they pulled a bulletin move on me. I order an extra porkchop. Just one small tiny porkchop on a plate. And they charged me 9.50 for the one porkchop..... I mean I would tip them that. But really charging the customer 9.50 for an extra porkchop ? Somebody needs to burn their restaurant down.
well the owner even argue with the customer who support her restaurant , she even said she doesn't need customer. What a nice customer service in my entire life
They included he service charge for a party of 3 adults and 3 kids but did not mention that. When we went to pay and my friend told me that she would leave a tip. The cashier could hear my friend but only told me the total amount and we ended up tipping twice for just mediocre service. The meal is okay.
Yelp review is disappointing on this restaurant. Chicken noodle soup was very salty and high in msg. My wife cannot eat more than three spoon. Rice is ok, their fried ship cake look good, but way too salty. Over all food did not pass. Fail.
