What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if they don’t start making your food until you check in that you’re at the curbside space? You might as well go inside and order or sit in the drive thru as curbside saves you no time. The last several times we’ve come to this location, there’s been issues with our order and delays in our food being ready in a reasonable amount of time. If you go inside, it seems like no one is managing the chaos of disorganization. I just left curbside without my food because it was taking so long.
Not terrible not great. I go to a lot of fast food places and I have also been going to Chick-fil-A itself for well over 10 years. I've gone to multiple Chick-fil-A locations usually getting pretty much the same thing. Generally Chick-fil-A's fall into one of two categories: I can or I can't category. This is one of those I can't. I can't do this or I can't do that while other Chick-fil-A's I asked the same thing and they say yes I can. Generally this location tends to be clean. The parking situation is not very well thought out. There is something like 7 curbside pickup spots and often they're catering vehicles are in some of those spots. There are also two or three handicap spots in the front. That is all the dedicated parking they have. Luckily their neighbor is currently vacant so people can park across the way otherwise they would have to park a little ways in the general parking for the shopping center. I have had some order accuracy problems here which is not completely uncommon in Chick-fil-A. Also the customer service here is only so so. The food itself is okay. There are only two bathrooms here that fit one person so if they are both "occupied" (like in an airplane or porta potty) then you will have to wait. I figured the Way to visit this Chick-fil-A is off-peak hours and via drive-thru but they do have some carryout shelves for pickup tucked in to the left when you walk in.
If the drive thru is empty, why do I need to go through the order takers who are standing, hidden in a corner far from where the actual line starts. Then I have to go back to the order takers and get to the end of the line that formed before I got there??Place your order takers visibly and block off the drive thru so ppl don't have to go back to find them.
I went through drive-through; they were very efficient in getting my order out to me in a timely manner. Thumbs up ?
I eat here pretty often and the last few times I’ve gone something I’ve ordered seems to be “off”. Usually it’s the wrong cheese on my sandwich or a forgotten sauce which isn’t a big deal, it happens. I noticed if I order delivery or order for a big group the errors occur more often. This time we got our food delivered, as I was eating my salad I noticed a fly in there. Then the fries we ordered were cold and soggy. On the cherry coke that I ordered the cup wasn’t filled up all the way. I think I’m going to take a break from ordering delivery and just order there.
Possibly my 3rd time eating here. The food is good. Not greasy.I do remember last time I got food here, just like today, the fries got cold by the time I eat them at home. Even even getting one from the bag right away for my kids, they didnt feel warm at all. I got the chicken delux with pepper jack cheese and it was fine. Personal choice, still added sauce for more flavor. My kids got the chicken bites and they said it was okay. There was 2 lines for this location wrapping through the parking complex so if you dine in, be cautious where you park.
Ordered 3 combo sandwich combos, food as always delicious but you botched my unsweetened iced tea for a regular.Came back again, ordered 3 large fries which were barely filled. Could have gotten the same for regular size fries. Taking our another star.
Bought a small soup and a small Mac and Cheese just because I saw the commercial. The total was $7 plus . . . and didn't dent my hunger!I ordered in person and it was busy around 1 and I ordered inside. As I am waiting for my food, an older blonde worker with breast on her belly was very uncouth with me.She said, "Are you a mobile order!"I said no.Then she started rattling off, are you door dash, are you blah, blah, blah . . . I finally had to put up my hand and say, Stop!I said I stood in line and ordered and I gave them my name and I am patiently listening for them to call my name. Her response was, "Oh."How about just asking can I help you or can I get you anything! How 'bout that!I won't be back and this was just my second time at any Fil-a!
Great customer service the people are very friendly but this place requires patience because of the long drive through line which is the longest in southern California. The food still comes out warm and the place is generally very welcoming
The quality is bit down, almost cold grilled chicken sandwich served. Did not look fresh. The manager instead of apologize for it, she has its not possible you see how busy we are :-( Not the quality and service I am used from Chick fil a. Something wrong with their kitchen procedure. At least for the grill chicken the are not hot enough or sit around :(
