Worst experience ever!!!! Steve employee super rude, I ask for my order to go and he just pull up a box put my sandwich inside like he was super mad.The other employee got super upset with me because I told him that he need to clean up his face because he was sweating a lot and the sweat was dripping on the prep table. He started arguing with me.
I’ve visited many Charley’s restaurants for several years yet the Charley’s in the Westminister Mall displays the worst customer service. They take no accountability for their mistakes in making a sandwich even though the customer was very specific when ordering. The order was correct on the screen and receipt. When the customer attempted to point out the error, the cook became confrontational, yelling at the customer and refused to remake the sandwich. Rather than work with the customer, the cook yelled at the customer and told him to take the sandwich as is. The cook blamed the customer and said, “it’s your fault for not reading.” However when the customer tried to get the cook to look at the screen, he refused to and continued behaving unprofessionally. The cook didn’t care that other customers were in line witnessing his foul behavior. One customer tried to calm the situation yet the cook then began to yell at her. This cook should be fired!!!! He is a poor representation of the company. He refused to reimburse the customer or remake the sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend any human being to visit the Westminster, CA location #00121. Extremely poor and distasteful customer service. Horrible way to treat customers.
Extremely rude man , very Poor service , very unorganized , touched the register and money and with no gloves touches the food overall extremely disgusting including that one man who’s name I did not catch and service

Extremely rude service. The guy working here definitely hates his job and the customers he has to deal with. He was not only rude with me, but with everyone else I witnessed him help. He seemed irritated to answer any questions about the menu offered here. The food was just ok. I’d advise going almost anywhere else in the mall to eat, as most other places will be more than happy to assist you.
I’m a regular here, I work at the mall. I’ve never had any problems before but it seems that new people don’t wear gloves and handle food after handling the register. So this guy thought I wasn’t watching (I was talking to my co worker who was also on lunch) he dropped a fry and put it back in the box. I caught it and I did not want to be rude so I told him “You can throw away the fry that fell” (thinking he’d catch on and wear gloves but no) he was in shock and said ok and he stuffed his whole hand into the fries. (After he’d just handled the register again) it was disgusting. And the guy who has been there for the past three years I’ve worked at the mall, Who’s name I shall not say saw all this and said NOTHING. He was wearing gloves, but I come back and the newbie is still handling food without them. I never went back but I’ve seen them handle food without gloves when people are distracted or waiting. WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR FOOD IF YOU EAT HERE.
Terible customer service .the person who got our order was no english also not talking to us how we would like our sandwich .they did a sandwich that they like not us.onion on it no drink added to our order even we said we need drink.and we paid for sandwich when the order was ready and see no drink and we said ok np we pay now but there is limit to buy with card so we got our order with out drink.i really didn’t like this place and never ever not coming back here.
