I swing by this place everytime I visit from AZ and heading back home. Price has gone up a little bit, but its still a great deal. Buy 2 get 1 free, so 3 Banh Mi's for $10!? LOAD IT UP?Bummed to read some of these Negative comments so I just wanted to add my 2 cents.I understand if you're not Vietnamese/Can't speak it can be frustrating, but don't take offense to the Workers. Their tone and the way they work is no different from what you'll experience on the streets of Vietnam.It's fast paced so know your order and have your money ready to pay.Saw some photos pointing out "Rude" workers, so I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge this sweet lady that was very kind and soft spoken taking care of everyone.
Really really bad customer service, especially the woman is inside this picture. Although she is an adult, she should learn how to talk with people.When people don't get line, my cousin asked the staff why people don't get line here. While the staff haven't answered yet, the women called manager scolded my cousin. I like ? Why? She has right to scold customers?

Classic down-home Vietnamese bakery/deli. Some items run out for the end of the day. Fast and efficient service. Make sure you know what you want and have your payment ready when you get to the front of the line- they don't waste time here. I prefer their sandwiches over Lee's or other chains.
Bad service! We ordered 6 egg rolls and 2 3 color bean. When we went to pay we have 6 egg rolls but the lady said it was sold out.She must have served all of the egg rolls to another customer! We got mad but the lady just said sorry and acted like she does not care. They all don't know how to speakenglish.I do not recommend this location.
This review is for the Bolsa/Magnolia location. Good sandwiches, desserts and good customer service. Manager (short haired lady) is very nice and helpful.
So so so bad customer service!!!A woman who do delivery at sweet soup counter was so so rude.I gave the ticket to another woman nearby then she made the triple cups of sweet soup for me and tranfer to parking and delivery women, this woman ask me for my ticket and I answer yes I gave it to the woman who made triple sweet cups but this woman (who parked triple sweet coups) said loudly: NO they did not receive the ticket!???And I recognized that my ticket was still there on the top of the sweet soup counter near the place they make sweet soups for customer!I am so disappointed about the way they treat the customer in here when they are standing in the US, this case they had received the ticket already before making triple sweet soup cups for customer , so they got to say “Im sorry, let me double check again for the ticket” instead said loudly like there was cheating from customer!???
This place is a staple. The quality is consistent and they have a wide selection of bánh mì and sweets.
For my taste, sandwiches as good as Lee's Sandwiches, but the Vietnamese coffee is $2 cheaper and stronger.
