I give up. The drive-thru is glacially slow and, as often as not, they get at least one thing wrong per visit. Today there were three. Call me crazy but I would argue that a Sour Cream & Chives Potato should come with Sour Cream. What I got was a potato with chives and no butter. I was also asked if I wanted condiments my chicken and fries. Neither was in the bag yet they were printed on the receipt. I wish this were an isolated incident. But after a handful of visits, I’m seeing a pattern.
The staff was nice and the food we received was good. They charged me for fries that I never received.I was heading home from an out of town trip and was a mile down the road before I noticed.
How is someone supposed to patronize an open restaurant when the door is closed.
Not happy. Drive thru order Monday morning about 8:30 12-13-21, and I didn't get all my food. Manager came over and said there was nothing he could do about it. Got home and my breakfast croissants did not have the swiss cheese on them. Maybe 1 is a little harsh, but McDonalds is 2.8 miles closer to me. I guess the profit from a breakfast croissant is enough to lose a customer.

I usually love Wendys, breakfast & lunch & I am absolutely obsessed with their nuggets, but these last 2 nights that I’ve gone. The nuggets are dry & semi hard. They are either leaving them in too long now or just refrying them. My 15 month old loves Wendys nuggets over McDonald’s but even she wouldn’t eat them. Please ensure to keep the freshness & juiciness of the nuggets because they are the best out of all fast food franchises.
Occasionally the fries can be hit or miss if they are really busy, but if you let them know they'll make you fresh ones and everything else tastes great/fresh. Taylor is absolutely the best employee there. She always greets you with a smile and makes sure your order is right. If management reads this you should really give her a raise, she deserves it.
