I absolutely love Rock Chef Rolls! Everything always tastes fresh, innovative and amazing. The ginger passion fruit limeade is delicious, so is the banana pudding. I try to stop by the food truck a few times a month and it’s always a blast!

Creative cuisine and fun menu
Everything they create is delicious. Masters of the craft. Another thing is their desserts are perfect. I never usually want sweets but I go out of my way to try rock chef sweets.
I had the pleasure of tasting the pork tacos while enjoying a private car event in Westlake village can. Of course the Porschs, Ferraris and Lamborghinis were impressive that were on display at the car show. However, Rock Chef Rolls was a spectacular addition of juicy flavourful tacos, fresh salad and potatoes to kick the event up a notch, while enjoying the sounds of the band True DAT.
My wife and I had To Chef Rolls cater our wedding. The food is amazing, everyone still talks about how delicious everything was. The company is professional from top to bottom. Rock Chef Rolls is the best and will always be my #1 recommendation!
Rock Chef Rolls is a true hidden gem of Westlake. Chef Alberto parks his truck on townsgate road only a select days out of the month (usually Fridays) and is a little hard to find. However, the passion these people put into their food is astounding. Their menu changes consistently giving you a different experience every time -- my favorites include their chili and fried chicken. They also offer great catering services and will make any party of yours an amazing event. Overall, I highly recommend this place and suggest coming here for lunch break on a Friday afternoon.

Though not technically a Restaurant, the food here definitely is better than most restaurants I have eaten at. Chef Alberto really cooks with passion and fun which shows. I love this place and the food. Best to follow his locations and events on his facebook page.
