Kinda disappointed went approximately 4 pm. Chicken was a little dry.I also got a fish sandwich I got it fast and yes it was cold. Not sure if I will be back.
The sides were good, but the chicken tenders were not crispy and had no taste. Was not happy with this meal. I will try it again but not at this place.
Stopped by in a rush for the kids football pre-practice snack (only fast food choice nearby). The menu display was not visible, which they were not even aware of. Ordered 24 chicken strips ... served cold. Tried to call and complain (more than 10 times) and their phones don't work either. Spoke with Manager Carlos who refused to answer any questions but stated ... "our food is good". This is a corporate store who clearly is getting screwed by employees who could care less about the company. Total BS!
Last few times I’ve eaten here it’s been really bad. It doesn’t even taste like a normal popeyes does! The service is really bad! Check out the reviews on yèlp about this location. This place went downhill!
If it was possible to give them 0 stars, I would! I normally enjoy going to the other Popeye's locations, but this one... worst customer experience I've had in a long time. We weren't greeted and harassed to order quickly when we weren't ready (there was no one else inside). Then when our order was ready, it was not announced, so our food was cold upon us receiving it (by asking). Then they refused to give us more than one (1) sauce??? for 2 people! They said it was extra, which is crazy because I've never had them charge me at the other Popeye's. All in all, I will not be returning to this location, and I hope they all get some customer training in the future. Also, the employees kept coming up to the front to get soda for themselves and then going back to drink it while they cooked lol but when I went to get water, I got yelled at and accused of stealing soda ? Anyway, please spare yourself an experience like mine and visit the Popeye's in Oxnard instead! Love those guys!
I started going to Popeye's when their Tuesday special was 2 pieces for . 99¢. The pieces I received were not part of the special this time but were very small. I was very disappointed. I did try the new Mac and cheese. It was delicious. I have had several issues with Popeye's lately from not enough staffing, small Chicken pieces, being told I cannot order all dark meat there has to be the same amount of dark meat as there is white meat. I don't understand the shift in their business but I don't like it. If something doesn't change soon I'll be making somewhere else my go to place for fried chicken ?!
Never know what you're going to get at this location. Had a great sandwich last week, but then got a half raw sandwich with half the breading missing today. Not to mention nuggets that must have been cooked days ago. Good luck if you go here...

Being a Fried Chicken chain I'm disappointed,I gave 3 stars because of the sides flavor ( mashed potatoes and Mac&cheese). Dry chicken over cooked or stayed all day long under the heating light.
Popeyes chicken is great albeit spicy. Main issue was ordering take out and watching people walk in without masks while I'm waiting. It felt unsafe. There's a delta variant out there people. You are not immune. At least the employees were wearing masks.
