The sandwhiches are great but the employees need better training with the knifes. I know no amount of training can help some people but if you cut your fingers slicing the sandwhich to wrap it you shouldn't be handling a knife.
I had to order food for a 8yr old party at the beach , crazy idea you might say ! Well this jersey mike Assisted me in the menu . 40 kids sandwiches each individually wrapped 20 turkey tomato cheese lettuce and Mayo 20 Italian no oil . PERFECt each sandwich was made to perfection like it was the only order of the day , the parents were shocked the kids ate all their sandwiches no whining no crying just smiles while they ate.! thank you to the crew and owners
I mean, a sandwich is a sandwich, no matter which Jersey Mike's you visit, but why do the employees at this location always seem semi-terrified? Like, seriously, I pointed out a VERY small issue with my sandwich, and I thought the poor kid who made it was going to cry. We're now three for three for tense visits to this store. Hostile work environment, much?

Even though the Calabasas location is closer to me I always go to this jersey mikes simply because the customer service is so good! They make sandwiches far better than the Calabasas location and really care about what they are making for you. I really can’t say enough good things about the employees at this location, they are awesome!
Always a great sandwich. I don't even think of going to Subway anymore. This is a better class of sub.

The employees were amazing and so helpful! They knew exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted. The store is very clean and I can tell the employees take the time to make the store look the best. They are all doing an amazing job. I went in on the weekend when they were busy and was able to order and leave within a reasonable time frame.
