Exceptional staff. I ordered online and when I got there they were slammed with online orders and customers almost out the door. Even with the pressure of trying to get to everyone they worked quickly, together and stayed friendly to customers (even the impatient ones). I was so impressed it wanted to write about it. We have has great experiences every time we come to this location. The employees are helpful & attentive. The sandwiches are made perfectly every time too.Recently it was my spouse's birthday & they wrote a nice birthday message on the bag, so sweet! Make sure to thank them with tips because their work is top notch!
What I don't like about this place is they ALWAYS charge me a different price for the same Dam sandwich. I have gone to a lot of other store's & it's the same price. Even in Westlake same price over & over again .my food is fine but that's not what I'm talking about.

I tried the new service offered at this location of curbside pick up, put all my information for me to receive the hot sub from the car and more than 15 minutes went by without getting my food, all to find my food was just laying on the pick up table... if you are not going to do the service, don’t offer it! My hot sub ended call and my cold sub wasn’t cold anymore, really unhappy with this “service”.Remove curbside pick up from your app if you won’t do it!

Our online orders have been wrong two times in a row now. The receipt printed with the correct order information but the sandwiches were made wrong. After driving 10 minutes to pick up the sandwiches and returning home only to open sandwiches we can’t eat, we have discovered the new location in Agoura (next to TJ Maxx) which is much better at making a sandwich correctly and with a smile.
