Service is so nice and polite even though they seem like high schoolers working part time. Always love in n out and always choose this whenever we can.This place is not too crowded whenever I come and parking is nice. On top of that, the view is nice with the comfy AC.Good food, good service, good view, good atmosphere. I cannot think of anything I can demand…
My main satisfaction is that I order for my work staff which is usually about 20 orders of burgers with specific ingredients for most of the burgers we order and we love that our order is always correct.. thats a huge plus. The staff is always polite, cheerful and great customer service. Also, the timely service. Thank you for caring and for all your hard work.
My favorite is Walmart super 1 alot of restaurants and alot of shops right in New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
What can you say, if you are from California this is the BEST fast food burger money can buy. I dont care what anyone says about Shake shack or 5 guys or any of the other spots. Nothing beats a good double double at inn n out. This particular location is ALWAYS packed both the drive-thru and the inside area. Be prepared to wait for your order a while either way, however the staff is extremely pleasant and the restaurant is cleaned constantly.Usual Food order:Double Double with Chopped Chilis - perfection perfectly cooked juicy and cheesy and deliciousFries - usually the thing the naysayers call out as not being good. I love them sorry.Drinks:Chocolate and Vanilla milk shake - Terrific milkshake better then any other fast food shake and a hell of a lot cheaper.We have been here a good 50 times and its always just as good as the first time.This location is another great asset to the Inn N out name
This is a really good in and out. It’s pretty fast pretty. I like the drive-through. I always get a double double and a puppy patty. Always get fries. It’s a very clean new-ish In-N-Out. I recommend it. Also very nice views if you sit outside. It’s very very hospitable. It’s right on the freeway so it’s a bit noisy.
We are big fans of In-N-Out, but this location was really disappointing. It was about 4:30 today (Wednesday) when we ordered. It was pretty quiet and well staffed. Unfortunately, at least half the staff were moving very slowly or wandering around the kitchen chatting and not doing anything. At one point several people were standing in line to order and four employees looked at them and continued to wander around the kitchen talking to the others that were working. It was a couple minutes before anyone approached the customers to take their orders. Our order was taken back to the kitchen to be fixed and when the young man was carrying our bag back he was swinging it back and forth. I didn’t say anything, but it was extremely unprofessional and of course the fries were spilled all over the bag. I did let the young girl at the counter know the women’s restroom was out of toilet paper. She said okay, and did nothing about it. Hoping that some additional training and supervision will happen to help this location.
My first time. Way cheaper than I expected and the portions are generous.Do not get fries. They are cut fresh, yet the the degree of stale-ness is indescribable.4-5 stars for the burgers and service, -1 for the horrendous fries and occasionally long lines.

It was good but my order was disappointing. I ordered a Flying Dutchman ( no bun). I asked for animal style. (Sauce and onions). The girl said they would give them on the side. I got just two patties with cheese. I went back and asked for the notions and says I had to pay extra for. I got two sauce packets, lettuce and tomato in a packet then the guy brought me a packet with onions. All Al a cart. This was the first time this happened. I have had to eat off a napkin or the paper packets.
