Your app didnât let us know that they had a wedding party in the outdoor table spaces we requested. Then, when we tried to sit indoors, there was no hostess to help us and the teo barrenders took 20 minutes to serve our first round. Lastly, we couldnât rebook elsewhere because your app SUCKS. IT KEPT DENYING MY WIFEâs request and mine as it presented a conflict to your stupid software. Weâve been using your app for a decade. How can it have regressed so much from before. Shouldnât it be smarter and more intuitive to what was going on with us. We have complained about this block out experience before. You do nothing. SO FRUSTRATING. So, now thanks to you, we walked in somewhere else and had made a great night of it. Looking for alternatives to your app. You guys have fallen behind.
It's what you would expect of a typical hotel lobby restaurant. Everything was average at best. There were about five tables with customers at prime dinner time on a Friday night. Lack of customers on a Friday night tells you a lot.
We had a very pleasing Mother's Day family get together and early dinner, as did several other families, out on the restaurant's Terrace. The menu featured a small but perfectly adequate selection of high quality main courses and vegetable sides; good service by hotel restaurant standards; indifferent desserts. Overall a very positive experience.
What a joke! Tried to celebrate the Motherâs Day brunch, but food selection was terrible for hotel dining! I can not believe this is Hyatt hotel dining!!! So bad⦠Never again!!!

Reached hotel from LAX late. Ordered some room service for dinner. I ordered the Strauss Grass Fed Burger and a Green fruit detox juice. Service and food was great.
We had appetizers and soup for dinner, as the portions were large enough, and the appetizer selections were more creative than the entrees. On a Saturday night, we were the only patrons there for dinner. Pricing was decent as a result of our ordering style, and service was OK.
Food was mediocre and selections was not what I would expect for a Hyatt restaurant buffet . At least Price was good and reflected the lower quality buffet. The omelet made on request was not bad.
