I went to pickup my order today, and she said my card was declined. I was surprised so I gave her another card. That card got declined too. Then I read the message on the receipts and I know DNS lookup is a network issue. So clearly she has no idea what she is doing due to the amount of attempts she tried swiping my card. The G thing they could of done was just give me the food for free. If we sat down and then tried to pay after we’ve eaten, you would’ve had to comp me anyways? Are you going to ask the other few customers already sitting down to go get some cash to pay for their brunch? So, I unfortunately will never get to try their food and it’s alright! Definitely could’ve been handled better, customer always comes first.

Friday evening was lovely, sitting on the patio. I had a great meal of tomato soup (absolutely delicious!), followed by grilled chicken on a bed of spaghetti. My partner had a large chicken salad - both entrees were great. The only annoyance was that we had booked a table for 2 for 7:30 PM. We arrived on time to find that the hostesses were seating people based on how long they had been waiting, even though they had no reservation....I asked them why they were seating people who had no reservation ahead of us when we had arrived promptly on time for our table. (I would have had no problem if they were simply behind on their reserved tables - but this made no sense at all.) I'm all for fairness, but I asked her what the point of a reservation was if they were going to seat people without reservation ahead of those who did have a reservation. They had no answer, of course.Anyhow, the evening was lovely, the glass of Malbec eased my frustration, and I'll definitely go back!

This is interesting. I went with 5 people. We had a great appitizer plate and all 5 ordered a different entree. They all loved theirs, mine wasnt very good. I should have sent it back but I didn't. It was a Birthday, and they gave the Birthday boy a very nice dessert we all shared.we were outside under a patio cover, and there is another outside dining area also. All in all, it was a very pleasant evening and I would go back and not order veal parmesan.

Excellent food for our Valentines dinner. Nice outdoor seating with heat lamps. God value.

the food was mediocre at best one of our dishes was pasta with vegetables it came severely under cooked wich they took back put back into the water with the vegetables they game out like mashed potatoes with no flavor for an appetizer we had bruschetta in which they put about 3 tomatoes soggy bread and no flavor severely under seasoned the wait staff was very friendly but I’m not convinced that the chefs are properly trained as you know when a customer sends a dish back you don’t just dump it back into the water that it first got cooked in and then not re season it our second entree came out iced cold in the middle also saw the bartender making 2 of the same drinks poured the vodka into one of the drinks just fine then went on to the second drink (btw the same drink) and got about half way into the pour when the bottle ran out he grabbed a completely different bottle of vodka different brand and finished the pour with that. desert was goodAgain wait staff was friendly and took the bad entree of the bill I just personally would not recommend eating here if you are looking for a gourmet meal over all I would give this restaurant 2 stars just because the wait staff was friendly and the desert was ok.

Food is tremendous, staff is super attentive without stopping by every 5 minutes. The interior is great. Tremendous dining experience here.

The food is good. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. The place has a nice friendly atmosphere and not the least bit pretentious. What really makes this place stand out is its location, right off the 101 but in a nice promenade with outdoor seating areas and fountains, a Barns&Noble (which is a huge plus in my book) lots of little shops and other restaurants. I'll be back there again for sure.

Sorry I don’t usually take pics of food.. so no pictures to post. When my lasagna dish arrived it looked delicious though. However, it was the worst lasagna I have ever eaten in a restaurant. I’m pretty sure Stoffer’s frozen lasagna is 10 times better. The meal was mushy with no texture and flavorless. It was like eating mush with sauce over. I even wrote a note on the receipt that the lasagna was awful and OVER priced. $25 bux. Didn’t even come with a salad. Just a piece of garlic bread. Also $20 for a glass of wine. The wine was good, however I can find good wine anywhere for less.

This place is as close to NYC quality dining/service as it gets. We have been here a dozen times. Food is tremendous, staff is super attentive without stopping by every 5 minutes. The interior is great. Tremendous dining experience here. I'm not knocking a single other area restaurant by saying this is comparable to NYC level. It's just a different kind of experience. California dining is more laid back and casual.By all means, Farfalla is a must visit. Wine list is solid without being expensive. Go and enjoy!

This is truly the worst California has to offer. We came and had a reservation for 6 and didn't get seated until 6:30. Ordered our food and and it didn't come until multiple members of our party complained at 9 pm. This was honestly top 3 worst food experiences I've ever had in my life. The manager came and didn't try to do anything. I worked in food service for 6 years and have never experienced anything remotely like this.
