The absolute worst outlet of Chipotle --their employees all look miserable, unhappy,never smile, and rarely say WELCOME or Thank you for patronizing our mean-spirited restaurant. I have spoken to former employees who happily moved on to competitors because of apathetic management and no respect for the core of their operation. I strongly suggest that you go to ANY other location for better service and attitude--the employees negative energy manifested itself in todays lunch--it tasted awful--no love in--no love out.I have written to corporate with constructive feedback and it fell on deaf ears--not even a courtesy of a response when i emailed them with my disappointing experiences. I have given them 7 or 8 chances and the consistent characteristics of unhappy workers with miserable attitudes is a hallmark of this Westlake Village location.
The people who work here can never get a doordash order right. They constantly forget items such as salad dressing for the salad as most recently I ordered a salad and they did not include the greens! I got a container of only the toppings. It's very frustrating.
I just went to this chipotle and the service was amazing. My food was spectacular and a very handsome man named Joey offered me a job to work at this fine establishment. Joey also gave me unlimited guac mode which means I will always get free guac!!! Joey was hard at work and he cleaned up after us. Joey deserves a raise and a bonus and I highly recommend to eat here.
The portions are small, other Chipotle restaurants provide better quality service.
Need better customer service. While the server was scooping the chicken she dropped a couple of chicken on the side. She picked up with hand and put on my plate. OMGShe looked at me as if nothing happened. I've went to other chipotle place but this place is the worst.
Don’t order online for pickup from the Westlake Village location. Second time I got home to eat a bowl that was less than halfway full. Not to mention it was missing two ingredients. Apparently when you are not standing in front of the staff when you order that means that you & your order does not matter …even though the money you spend is the same. Gravely disappointed…terrible customer service.The picture below is my salad exactly as it looked when I first opened it at home. You be the judge….
The WORST chipotle branch ever! I've been to branches all over California, but the Westlake Village Chipotle always puts 1/3 of the scoop of anything. A side of beans is a 1/3 of the plastic side cup. You'd be lucky to get 4 pieces of chicken. Every. Single. Time.
barbacoa is all fat. The fatty piece of meat is the whole taco. What a shame. I would expect to find this in a burrito or bowl, but a taco... how do you drop 1 big fat piece of nasty in 1 small taco.
Not so good. Besides the chicken the food was OK and most ingredients seemed fresh but the chicken had too much cartilage. I realize this happens sometimes at restaurants but I had to spit out at least six times during my burrito after biting on something hard. I doubt I'll return here.
This was in of the filthiest Chipotles I’ve ever seen. It was Tuesday night a whole hour before closing. They has dirty dishes stacked, food bits strewn all in the preparation area. The grill was this with blackened burnt foot like it wasn’t scraped as you go. I gave three stars because the guy put an insane amount of guacamole in my bowl. I live in Echo Park and the one her is impeccable. The one at this location were all sitting out in the eating area, at least 5 in uniform. With another 5 working. Clean as you go! That’s all I have to say.
