I've been to better Carl's Jr. The bun felt like it was sitting around for some time. The way the superstar was put together was with half effort. The spicy chicken sandwich had all the sauce on one side. The jalapeno peppers tasted as if they had been sitting around for awhile. I've never had bad chicken stars but today I did. They also tasted as if they had been warmed then put away then rewarmed. It's fast food so what do you expect but as I mentioned I've had better Carl's Jr.

Awful - cold burgers, cold zucchini, and we stopped our car to eat just a half block away.Update: My wife stopped here for takeout yesterday, giving this location a second chance. Again cold food and they failed to provide us with the two ranch dressings that she requested for us. Bad food and bad service - we are done.
I've been here three times through the drive-thru and this place is not very busy you'd figure they'd be able to get your order right. Or maybe it's done intentionally with the hope that you don't come back and exchange it for the right order considering to give you a cheaper burger.
Definitely not the quality of restaurant that it was 10 years ago, bit still love the flame broiled burgers
Very poor service , Hispanic women in charge , VERY RUDE to customers !! Very threw change at lady because she complained of taste of soda !! Should NOT be able to deal with customers!! Needs to learn customer service !! Will contact corporate office ! And make sure friends & family know about service at this location !! Even one star is too much for this place !! Very poor !!
Hot, spicy AND fresh. I did take a tad too long to get the order; the dude or dudette in front of me placed a HUGE order
My husband went through the drive through and ordered lunch. A famous star meal, a western bacon meal, and chicken bacon Swiss meal. The chicken sandwich was raw. Like not even close to being done completely raw. The fries were cold. The zucchini was burnt! Total waste of money & I couldn’t even eat my lunch.

I'm so sad that this location has changed the charbroiled chicken. It's crunchy and gristly. Inedible indeed. Bring back real chicken please.
