What's happening to BJ'S? A hostile ground with group of angry people and least respect for customers. Food is still great and reasonably priced. Prime Rib is our favorite, Burgers if served hot very tasty. We are regular at BJ's and we thought to change location from Woodland Hills to Westlake to experience a friendlier atomospher and we have had another angry old-timer server!!!
The family decided to go here for a Father's Day celebration, and I'm happy that we did! Everything was delicious! There is a great menu that has many options available depending upon what you enjoy! Our server, Peter, was great! He told us all about the items that we suggested to try, and he made his recommendations to help us! I have to say hello to my new friend Robert, who always came by with a great smile! He bought a Father's Day gift from the restaurant to my husband! If you've never been to this restaurant, be sure to pass on in! You won't be disappointed!
Visited BJ's with my folks and to my surprise there was no wait at 6:30pm. Our server Paige was extraordinary and went above and beyond. The beverages and food came quickly and everything was cooked to our liking and expectation. The portions were also appropriate and a great value. We ordered a large deep dish pizza which we split 50/50 with the BJ Classic Combo and Veggie. We even had 3 pieces to take home for later. GH
I love the food but service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m talking about the one in Thousand Oaks, we came in on April 30, 2022 at 5:46 pm, ordered at 6:05…. Ate our food at 7:18pm, I approached the manager before our food arrived and mentioned to him the issue, he “unapologetically” just ask me where our table is and that’s it. I will have to say BJ’s should elevate their standards in hiring their managers!

Our server was Katherine G. She was awesome. She is courteous, professional, and thoughtful. BJ's is not just fortunate, but lucky to have her as an employee. BJ's should show their gratitude by giving her a promotion or a serious increase in pay! It was my first time at this location, and because of Katherine, I will definitely return.
Superbowl Day...Food was good, Beer was good, mix drinks not so good. Our waiter STEPHAN was super friendly & attentive. Bar area was sooooooo quiet . I went to ask ROB the manager if they can turn up the volume we couldn't really hear tv but he was very RUDE!!! Didn't make eye contact when he respond , simply kept looking at the half time show and said they don't control volume. I guess I bothered him by asking him a question, unprofessional. Look like he was having lots of fun talking to other employees rather than customers. ??
The double pork chop was dry and just barely warm, prime rib was fatty small and barely warm. Very very slow service.
My husband and I went to the Westlake Village location on Wednesday 2/2. He ordered the guacamole burger. He started eating it and he said it tasted like he was eating paper. He had cut it in half and then the half again. He ate one quarter of the burger and got a box for the rest. After we arrived home he went to heat it up to eat more. He too off the bun and found that the paper had been left on the cheese.
Ordered food on the BJ’s app and it was perfectly cooked and on time. The sliders were delicious and the Nashville Hot chicken thighs couldn’t be more perfectly cooked. Have been here many times in the past and although sometimes there are mistakes on the order, the team here is friendly and the manager really cares about the customers and has been amazing with resolutions. Highly recommended.
