Nice staff, clean, very few inside tables to sit but have them outside now that the weather is getting nicer
Don’t come here to study at all. Not a study environment.I would ignore the loud pop/ rock music a couple visits but at this point, I just can’t do it. I try to come to this location for my zoom classes but it’s hard to hear my lecture. I even wear headphones and they just blast the music. I would always hope they play you know... calm or subtle music but it’s just hard to study.
Based on the strength of my chai they must dispense the concentrate with an eye dropper.

Took them 30 minutes to make a cup of black coffee. 30 minutes… It wasn’t even crowded at that time. And they never get the order right. Zero stars here.
Went to this location this morning at 6:55 am. Ordered an ice coffee and I now get it without ice because they always fill it with too much ice and cream! I’ve literally watched them pour half cream in my cup. Today they said per their new policy they don’t fill the cup up all the way, I measured it out and they didn’t even give me 2 cups of coffee! Will never go to Starbucks again! I rather support local coffee shops! Don’t know what’s with the barista who doesn’t even know measurements because it was hella cream vrs the coffee ratio, making it less than 2 cups! A hot venti is 2.5 cups in a 20oz venti cup. I know an ice cup is 24 oz to compensate for ice, but I got less than 2.5 cups so either way I’ve been ripped off on multiple occasions, especially all the times I ordered it with ice! I should really get a lawyer! whoever manages this Starbucks should contact me!
Their sandwiches are pretty good. My daughter was craving one. The customer service from one of the baristas was subpar. I got a non-caffeinated tea for my daughter on a cold day and I asked for no ice. They handed me her tea full of ice and I said I don't want any ice. Please. She had a little bit of an attitude when she took a spoon and scooped all the ice out and added a little bit more team gave it back to me. It looked as if I was inconveniencing her. I know that Starbucks as a whole makes a lot of money off its customers by putting a lot of ice into their drinks. If a customer specifically requests, no ice, they should honor that and not act as if they are being inconvenienced. This is one of the main reasons I prefer to go to a smaller locally owned coffee shop.
There coffee prices going up faster than gasoline.

The service was okay, new employee on the register, so will cut her a little slack; however, their music/PA was so freaking loud, I couldn't hear what my wife was saying, and she was standing right next to me. They got my wife's drink order wrong, so we had to wait even longer in the stupidly loud noise
