I’m not a Starbucks person. Morgan and Michelle were very pleasant and helped me put together a drink similar to what they normally sell during Christmas only. It wasn’t exactly what I had 2months ago but their customer service was excellent. Thank you!
Amazing workers. I’ve been coming here for years, and the service is always good. Sure they’ve been closed and the wait is sometimes a little longer than usual. But the same people have been working here through the entire pandemic. I’m grateful for y’all, and keep going strong! Don’t let the hateful and entitled people get to you guys!
Service level has deteriorated over the last year. Seems like there's a serious staffing issue. Very slow drive thru (15 min+ at times) and randomly closed during normal operating hours. Indoor area is almost always closed now.
coffee was great stopped there because it's usually better than the lake location still great coffee but line was long and took forever service was excellent so maybe they were all ordering multiple drinks like me
They don’t know how to make a coffee even 7 11 coffee is better
I’m a frequent customer at this Starbucks, especially on days when I’m heading into work. I’ve typically had good experiences with the wait and service. Unfortunately, today was an experience I’ll never forget. I unexpectedly had car trouble while in the drive thru and had to call for a battery jump. Instead of being supportive in this unexpected, embarrassing and overwhelming time the Store Manager came out and was very rude and was quick to inform me that I needed to get this handled and out of the way of her business.Being a store manager myself, I know that this was impacting customer traffic BUT it is completely unacceptable to make anyone feel even worse in such an overwhelming experience. The store manager acted as if I purposely wanted my car to die in the drive thru. I would like to say that despite her unsupportive behavior, the employees saw my disappointment and went above and beyond to compensate for their “leader”. Please have more support for your paying customers and model the right behaviors. The situation wasn’t ideal for any of us but be respectful.
When I was asked, “What’s been the best part of my day today?” By the barista in drive thru today all I could say was “YOU! Dallas!!” You were a bright sparkly star on a cold late (almost closing) evening. Your infectious and friendly personality shined through when we were placing our order and when we made it up to the window, you were ever the super star! You shine bright and don’t ever lose your glitter, Miss Dallas! You are special. :) We’ll be back and this was the best service in a while - so THANK YOU!
Staff was friendly. Ordered a quad white mocha and they forgot to put the white mocha sweetener. Then they remade it and forgot the extra shot of espresso. I ended up going to chevron next door and got a red bull.
Literally the rudest staff I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. This used to be one of my favorite locations a few years ago, I don't know what happened. My grilled cheese was cold and my drink was so bad and there was just major attitude.
Slow! Spent 28min in drive through today. Don't come here after 12pm
