3 workers all prepping food for drive through while inside has to wait over 10 minutes just to order.
Terrible service... they said I had to wait for 7 minutes for noodles, so I pull around and see them setup the rest of my order on the counter (totally fine)... I wait the rest of the time and see them bring out a big pan (I keep waiting), during the next TEN minutes, I see them serve out 3 helpings of noodles, I give them just few more minutes (people are busy)... NOTHING... it wasn't until I went IN and told them, that they finally decided to complete the order... I tell them that I have watched these boxes on the counter for over TWENTY minutes and I want all fresh food, THE GUY REFUSES and forces me to ask for a refund... if I could have given less than 1-star, I would've.
Good good fast service drive through good food too.
Portions are super small. They put half of what tha actual portion should be.
Picked up order and realized it was incorrect. I called and the woman “Jenny J” told me to return with food. Which in itself is against health code. She took food back. And gave me what I ordered. Not only was order incorrect but the boxes were only about 3/4 full. Thats just bad business.
It can go either direction here some times its exellent sometimes it not. Definatly dont go between 8and 9P.m before theey close nothing is fresh employees are irritated food cold or rubbery. I only go if I get off work early to avoid going right before they close because I already know it will be a bad expiefrience I would like to go there more offten but I just dont get off early enuff to avoid the last hour they are open burn out they get
I broke out with hives when I got home I'm allergic to shrimp I don't believe they clean out their Utensils and pans very wellso be careful people who are allergic to shrimp or peanuts
I love Panda Express however my last visit has left me scarred $40 worth of food for my family wasted
Overall a good experience. I only got bad shrimp once in the years I've gone.
Don't go to this place. You will get half empty plates. You will get horrible service. You will not get items that you are supposed to get with your order, like teriyaki sauce. I am very disappointed with this location.
