Was fast 3 stars because some of the staff don't interact with customers at drive thru
Drive thru got order wrong completely. Food was terrible. Service was even worse. What is it with people? If you dont want to work in service then get a different job where you don’t have to deal with people.Dry old food which violates McDonalds Franchise policy. Amd it was wrong after I had to repeat it 4 times at speaker then had her read it back to me.
I wasn't able to get a DEAL on the App. So employees say they can just enter it on at the register, however management said you can't. However while they sat and debated about it I spent most my lunch break trying to figure it out. I ended up going to curbside and after another 10 min they brought it out with cold frys and 4 pcs of ice and when I said Thank You she just rolled her eyes and walked away.
This McDonald's deserves a medal they are so efficient so fast so professional they impress me everytime, any other store is sub par once u have come here
Small McDonald's with touch screen ordering that they're not using now due to covid. Also they don't allow any inside dining at the moment either. Otherwise they're fast and efficient.
You are warned and enter at your own risk. This West Sac McDonald is infamous for their customer related issues ranging from guessing which line to get into the drive-thru cuz you never know if they will skip you, running out of ice cream or coffee at night, getting your order wrong, not giving you the right change back, to the machine is broken today and the next day and next day. But the most recent issue is how they lie about how the price of one item is the same as the other when it's not even true or lie who is the shift manager when you want to complain. Overall, their service lacks quality. This location have two o three great reps and one manager who cares while the rest are a-Holes.
My Quarter Pounder with cheese was undercooked. Too cold to melt the cheese even. The meat was raw pretty much.
Fast Service, friendly staff and clean place
This is great for fast hot food but some of the staff here can be very rude other than that it's good. I personally had a Lil issue with the manager she did not care about my satisfaction she was in a hurry to get rid of me no matter what my situation bad business skills. My opinion only.
This location continually gets my order wrong and then gets upset when I tell them to repeat my order back to me due to all my wrong orders. And don't try calling because they never answer.I pull up to speaker 1 just to have the opposite side take two cars before me and that's happened twice in one week. There are a few good employees here who show respect and are kind in doing their work. Then you have those who are really rude when taking your order and don't care to help you when they mess the order up. They look at you like it's your fault!
