The worst McD experience-long wait to order, skimped on caramel on sundae, undercooked fries, and a stale bun on the cheeseburger. The lamest was my McFlurry that wasn’t even mixed. It was just ice cream to the top and then stale chocolate pretzel crumbs poured on top. No flurry of mixing going on. There are four McDonald’s in a 3 mile radius. I will not be returning to this one. I am a mother of four. You will be missing my business.

Their lobby is closed everyday when they are supposed to be open. Their reasoning is because they are short handed. But I have personally applied and no contact. I called the store and the phone number is out of service. It seems to me the business is closed. Covid isn't an excuse anymore to have their lobby closed. They are just lazy and the management at this location needs to be relieved of their duties because they are not doing their jobs.Corporate will be notified.

Ordered food using the app. Very user friendly just remember only one discount per purchase.

The whole excuse for it being "fast food" and " low standards " is out the door, once all of the fast food servers started getting paid above $15 an hour. I believe they start you off at $17. But nonetheless no matter the pay increase, the food isn't free and hardly cheap. Especially when you have a family of 7. This place time after time never gets better.One, the drive thru lane ladies are not professional. Friendly, sure but the laughing and the talking to someone else while you're trying to order and their response is " what did you say" isn't professional.Driving up to pay or receive your order while they are texting or EATING isn't at all "Covid-19" appropriate. And when your customers ask if everything is in the bag and the response is " I think so" followed by an attitude isn't necessary.Stop charging for sauces If your staff can't remember to put them in the bag, before you hand out happy meals, open it make sure everything is there. Like sauce request and the juice box. It's common sense.No one is going to drive back for that.

McDonald's app is never turned on when they open, I get there about 6:15 to 6:20 am. Manage takes order in his head not ringing it in when you place and always screws it up, this has happen to me 3 times.

mobile order app, curbside pick up is broken or the workers are incompetent. Workers say they don't have the order... I showed the receipt but they refuse to make my order - even with the receipt! Now, I have to dispute the charge on my CC.

Says the close at 11:30 but we’re close a full hour ahead of time. Not the first time either. Hours need updated or something.

Waited 20 minutes and then realized they didn't know my order was waiting. But staff was really friendly.

We went to the drive thru the employees were nice. Keep up the good work.

Really slow service, I waited 15 mins for a large fry and drink. I've been here three time since the remodel and all three times my drinks were straight water. I don't know how they don't know?!
