Told me they closed at 11 the current time is 11:37 pm and the Google app says 12 am and it was updated 6 weeks ago so either the staff didn't want to serve me or they need to update there open and close time .. but I would matter just won't be back good dayJune 04,2022 update I been waiting at the window since 10:40pm cars was just out front they left while in drive thru can't make this up
Curbside pickup not available causing traffic within the area as the drive-thru is the only option. Line is so long it forces cars outside the parking lot causing an ilegal line in the street and potential accidents with cars trying to get by.Previous issues:1) ordered 10 chicken for the kids and got 5 spicy nuggets mixed with 5 normal in the box.2) Deal of free happy meal was charged even after providing the code.People at this location are nice so I have to assume it's the franchise owner / management who decided to run the business differently than the rest of restaurants.
This place always closes early sometimes up to 25 to 30 minutes early and that's b******* and they will literally hide in the kitchen so that they don't have to talk to you at the window hella lame. Thinking about complaining to corporate I get off work and I'd like to get something before I have to go home and I don't want to have to drive hella far to get some food but they always seem to close early not cool.
So tired of going here and getting in line to be told the ice cream machine is not working!!! Put up a courtesy sign to let guest know before they get stuck in your 20 min drive thru line!!!
Ordered 2 McChickens with LIGHT mayo...that must have offended them because they put the normal amount if not MORE mayo on them.
Best McDonald's, in west sac at least, but my favorite in all of Sacramento! Never mess up my orders and they PLUG on ice cream ?
No way to order without car or internet access. Food is good like it would be at any other McDonalds.
So my name is mia but I guess today my name is Karen. If I could give a zero star rating I would.All I wanted this morning of 2/10 was 2 darn sausage egg and cheese biscuits and two bacon egg and cheese biscuits. The girl doing orders repeated back the order incorrectly 4 darn times. I corrected her 5 times and she still got it wrong. I received a sausage patty on a biscuit…On top of that the manager there basically threw the bag at me and slammed the window shut without even asking if there was anything else.WORST LOCATION EVER WITH THE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING THERE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
Really!?!?!? A double cheeseburger and a filet-o-fish put together and you'll get a surf n turf sandwich. I think it's a good idea for the sandwich, BUT STUPID TO HAVE CUSTOMERS PUT THEM TOGETHER. Good thing I didn't order the "Land Air and Sea". McDonald's should fire whoever came up with this idea HAVING CUSTOMERS PUT SANDWICHES TOGETHER.#Let'sGoBrandon
They are always slow. They don't participate in the national ads. So don't plan on getting it at the tv price. I only go here for an egg McMuffin when I crave one. It has always been slow service. There are much better McDonald's nearby.
