Horrible, wish I could give zero stars. Bought what I thought were six almond croissants and one slice of apple cake. Went to have them for desert and found out four were ham and cheese with almonds on top. Cake was so dry i couldn't eat it . When I called them this morning the manager argued with me and said that couldn't have happened and no one else complained. Then said I shouldn't have thrown out the ones I said were ham and cheese that we'd started to eat. My husband can't eat cheese. Very poor customer service. Couldn't speak to the owner I got the manager Victor who just wanted to argue with me.

This early morning one of our employees went to pick up some pastries for us to enjoy and don't get me wrong the croissants taste great but the staff member that was helping told him that he couldn't buy 10 croissants which it doesn't say nowhere that they have a limit for items you can purchase. It is not the first time this has happen sense previously another of our employee try to buy the same items over the phone to pick up and got the same response of "no we can not sell you more then 2" taste wise the pastries are delicious but service wise they are rude. If you got a limit on item please put a note where customer know ahead of time.
This was a great experience with all the staff being friendly and welcoming UNTIL the grumpy man showed up. My fear is he's the owner or manager. He totally destroyed the fun, warm atmosphere.
Love the raspberry Italian soda I wish they still had the labou syrup rather then toni syrup though. Cashier's are kinda nosey and will stare at anyone in the parking lot that's there past 2 minutes
I have been a LA Bou customer since 1984. Great croissants! Love their mochas!
Not like other La Bou's. No toaster, uses panini press for all toasted sandwich. No pastry selection, no deserts only sloppy sandwiches and soups. Quality is sub par to other La Bou. Kinda dingy inside.Not a visit today. Store had croissant and cookies. Store not up to par with other la bou. Staff rude too. Complained in past about inconsistency of product with panini toasted bagel sandwich and was told they have no toaster and will smush a bagel in panini if you want it toasted. Gives La Bou a bad name. Luckily there are others that are consistent with product.Have a nice day!

La Bou is a staple for amazing salads and baguettes! Will be stopping here Every Time we are in the area! Excellent food and superb service.
