Had the cali cheese steak. It was supposed to be on a french roll. Was on a brat roll. (Different texture) Asked for cheddar instead of the pepper jack, was informed they only have white cheddar. No biggie. Just cant do the spice in pepper jack. Either someone mixed up the cheeses or they tried to be slick and gave me pepper jack. Almost 20 bucks later with tip. one and done. Maybe the drinks are better.
Food was tasty, customer service was okay.Bathroom didn't have soap, gross to know workers are using Bathroom without washing hands after.My server brought my food, I questioned if it was what I ordered he stated it was. So I started picking at it, then he came back to tell me he mixed up my order with another table. From then a second server grabbed the plate I had in front of me (that I've picked at) and preceeded to give it to the correct table.Coming from someone who worked at a fine dining restaurant, any food that touched by or even set on the wrong table should be disregard. Not give to someone else, that's cross contamination. That's seriously gross.Once we got the bull we waited nearly 30min for the server to come collect our bill to pay. He kept checking on a table near by running back to grab a bite of his own food in between tables.Will not come back.
Love to support businesses on our side of the river. Good food and atmosphere for watching games. The daily food specials are tasty and great value.I have had mixed results with service. One time I came on wing Wednesday, sat at a booth and didn’t have any one talk to our party for a full fifteen minutes despite making eye contact with the servers and the booths next to us receiving service. It was very busy with it being wing and trivia night, but fifteen minutes was excessive to not make any contact. We ended up leaving before anyone on staff talked to us.Other times service has been good, and that one experience has not deterred me from coming back. The real reason for a mid-level review is the quality of TV’s. On the north side of the bar (side with the tables and projector) there are at least 4 televisions that have discoloration or dark spots that make watching games very difficult. I never noticed it during football season (granted we sat on the booth side), but during the NCAA basketball tournament and the NBA playoffs, it has been an issue.If the TV’s issue was fixed, I would recommend this bar to anyone wanting to watch a game with good food and some good drinks.
Great Bartender (forgot her name ?)... the Nancy's Strawberry Fields cocktail was amazing... and the wings were hot & crispy ?! If I am ever in Sacramento again, I'll for sure double back!
Food was yummy. They were a little short staffed but our group wasn't in a hurry. Would come back.
This place was recommended to me by a friend. When I got there I thought it was just going to be an average run of the mill bar that served food. Look's can be deceiving. I was very much impressed. The food was fantastic and the staff were on point. Kudos to the Chef and Staff. It was great! Wish I lived closer but I will definitely be back.
Food was great steak sandwiches and beer was cold. Service was a little slow but they were very busy not a open table anywhere. Servicer was nice doing a great job.
I've been there several time for lunch, I have had exceptional service, never had a bad meal, and extremely fair prices.
Ok here we go.... This is too funny. Soooo. First thing, this isn't a bad place super cool atmosphere. The food isn't too bad. If your looking for egg rolls , absolutely DO NOT order the 7-11 egg rolls. Lol, strait garbage. Your choice if it's what you like. I travel the country regularly, I'm a foodie and this is just completely embarrassing to this company to sell garbage sticks that charge you way too much to feel like a 711 KING. Lmao Too the company,,,,, nice thought though, very inquisitive... GOOD LUCK
Love this local sports bar! Great food and drinks! So many tvs and always good music. Bathroom always clean.
