Chicken sandwich was over cooked and dry. Requested certain pieces of chicken for the second order and didn't get what we asked for.
I was unable to order at this location without a car or a computer. They asked me to wait at the counter for “10 minutes” to have my order taken while they continued to take drive through orders; after I’d already waited 5 minutes. I ordered online a couple days later and they didn't have the chicken I ordered; they wanted me to accept extra crispy when I ordered original.
I placed an online order tonight for an 8 piece meal. I was emailed a 5:36pm pickup time. I arrived at the Westacre Road restaurant in West Sacramento. The person said that the order would be ready in the few minutes. 20 minutes later, she then said "5 more minutes."While I was waiting, a corporate inspector came in to check on the store. She walked around taking pictures of the chicken in the rotisserie but didn't seem to notice the guy who'd been standing there for an hour. When the order finally came up after an hour, the person said "sorry for the wait." I asked if she could send over the inspector, and that the hour wait was unacceptable. She went to get the inspector who said "I don't take complaints... have him contact corporate."The person at the counter then told me to write corporate to complain. She then said "sorry, but if you didn't like waiting you should have cancelled your order."This was a HORRIBLE way to treat customers and I'll be unlikely to return to KFC anytime soon.
The worst service and food of all KFCs that I’ve ever been to… and I love KFC. The West Sacramento community has sent numerous complaints for years, but nothing was ever done. I honestly don’t know how they’re still on business.
The employees here are always spot on, never had a problem with any of them. And I have been visiting this place from time to time for the past 8 years
Most of the time its good but they will also try and serve you chicken that has been setting too long so I Always ask
Went to that location few time after telling us there is 8 mins wait for our sandwiches we had to wait almost 50 mins. After receiving the sandwich it was all cold. Do not recommend this location.
My experience today was good I went threw the drive threw all was easy and smooth no issues, the lady gave us plenty of honey & butter for the biscuits. Well for the $25.99 dinner that we got 8 pieces might feed a small family but I think we need the larger 12 piece next time.All and all it was a good visit Thank you!
Never have I ever been to this location and received my full order. Always have to either go back or go in and have them fix it.
If I could give half a star , I would. Service is terrible, the wait is forever, order walked out to car half warm and wrong. Consistently bad service, I would rather travel across town , for better service and food. Not even worth calling manager as after 3 times, it must be how they are trained.
