Very disappointed, food was not fresh even after we had waited in line to get to window. Lady at window was short and abrupt, no smiles at all. She did not give us a receipt either. Our total was $25.71. Bad experience when it's usually good. Even had to warm my supreme croissant up when got home, cheese wasn't melted, had asked for Xtra mayo added=very little.
Waaay too much teriyaki sauce, took about 15 minutes for teriyaki bowl and 3 jr bacon cheeseburger :( also the other nights ago I came by after work and I ordered 5 jr bacon cheeseburger with extra ketchup and mayonnaise and the workers put extra mustard, and when I tell you, it was 2 young girls I believe one had blonde hair I don’t quite remember but they both looked super high and both their eyes were bright pink I came back to let them know they got my order wrong and the girl told me I’d have to pay the difference and so I handed them the bag of the jr bacon cheeseburger back and they gave me the bag and as I’m looking in the burgers they added ketchup and mayo into the same burgers that had mustard ??♀️ Workers there always give me my orders wrong ??♀️
They have some decent menu items prices are just a touch high but they send out a lot of coupons that make their prices more reasonableYou definitely have to check out different locations some have really good food well cooked hot and others well let's just say that I won't be going back to a few Jack in the Box restaurant ever again...Whether it's slow and barely anybody in line only a few people online or completely busy the food always tastes like it been sitting under the heat lamp for a couple of hours
We are regulars here. They need to address the lobby closures and soda machine.
Most fast-food since turning 50 basically makes me sick so I avoid it with the exception of West Sacramento Jack in the Box. High quality, clean, tasty fast-food my stomach is happy with. I love this restaurant!! My secret indulge place! The very best by far.
Drive through can take a long time and they always have you wait to come to the drive up window after you place your order! The food is ok.

Order twice from this place through door dash and both times my orders got cancelled after they had supposedly confirmed it, even though they were closed... Which they failed to inform door dash about and I spent from 3:30 am- 6 am talking with customer service through door dash to resolve the situation. How do you not inform a service you use that you are closed? That just shows lack of respect for your customers and for the services you partner with.. very unprofessional... Won't be ordering from this place ever again.
Manager Sandra is rude. Called today to complain that the order was wrong and was asked by her well what do you want me to do about it. Really what kind of manager ask that n the customer service sucks bad. Not only that ordered 25 mini tacos n got ten in a box they cold stail. Will never go to this location again.
