Good burgers here. Tasted fresh and delicious. Customize it just the way you like otherwise go all the way to keep it simple.
First time at this location. Slow service for a little cheeseburger and fries, received a little bacon burger with no cheese and extremely salty fries. No one else had ordered before me, so not sure how they get such a small and simple order wrong. Employee taking my order appeared she didn’t want to be there. Score should be no stars but 1 star earned for the employee who handed me my order, as she was at least friendly as one should be.
The burger was fine but they made me wait 45 minutes and then tried to double charge me, really interesting definition of customer experience.
Great service, I went in there with my staff, the cashier Susana was so nice and professional. The food was soooooo, good that if I could I would give them a 10 star. I definitely recommend. Thank you Susana ?

Our food was a little late but man was it good! Really the best fries I’ve had in Cali.
I've said it before and not stuck to it but as of today, I'm officially done with this location. There's ALWAYS something wrong with our order, and at their prices, it's not worth dealing with anymore.Their caffeine free diet coke from the fountain always tastes wrong and when you ask about it or mention it to their employees they just shrug, no interest in refilling the syrup. I have to order fries with no salt for a medical reason. Today despite reading it back to us repeated they salted them. The fries were also lukewarm and soggy.
Beyond disappointing when you order and pay online, only to arrive and discover they decided to close early and refuse to fulfill you order or refund your money. Pathetic. If you close early, turn off online ordering and stop taking people's money for orders you will not fulfill.
Good food but expensive. Not sure if it's worth it.
