Great place. Only ever ordered carry out. Today was my first time ordering delivery. I ordered at 7:40. Food was finished at 8:00. Not bad. Time for delivery. The delivery driver could not find my apartment and called to ask for help at 8:30. The phone connected to account was dead at the time. That's my bad. So later i call back, and am told i have to call the manager to confirm i still want my food. Ok. Yeah I called. Confirmed. "15 mins you'll get your food." It was another 34 mins. So i ordered at 7:40, and got my food at 10:15. I am more so disappointed. Good cary out and pick up. Bad delivery.
My visit here today was not great at all and I find it disturbing that I literally left Arden Mall from shopping called them to place a phone order and when I pulled up and asked the lady was like "Oh sorry someone had my phone" like it was her personal and yet the ones on the counter were flashing the red light the whole time I was there. I told her "I'm here now you can take me off hold!".. now I have to wait for my order to be made geez! I was really surprised not one person took charge of the phone lines at all, everyone stayed very clear of them even the 2 people that came back from doing deliveries.Overall I am glad the food was good but someone has to play bad guy and keep the 25 and under year olds doing what is needed while people are waiting.. It doesn't make the establishment look great and really cuts your ratings down.I would of thought I would of been offered something for the delay and bad service nope just a small apology Oh well.
Ordered a pizza for a student reward lunch. Called yesterday and made arrangements, offered to pay and was told I couldn't pay until Friday. Person agreed to call me at 10:30 am when they opened to get my payment or agreed I could call at 11 when my students went to recess. 3 to 11 I get a call my pizza is here but she wants cash. She can't take my cc payment. I ask her to leave the pizza in the school office as agreed yesterday and I would call the store to pay. I call the store and pay but I am told the driver took the pizza so now my students have no lunch. The manager says the dtiver will drive back with it. 10 minutes later I get a call the driver is not coming back and the best she can do is refund my money. Okay??? What about the students who didn't bring lunch and were expecting their pizza? Very disappointed! Will never eat here again. Do what you say you will do.
Almost always perfect orders and they're pretty fast!! The only complaint is that they don't always knock when they arrive, so unless I'm watching their website, sometimes my food sits out for 10 minutes or more! 4.7⭐'s!!!

I live in stockton and i come once a month to west sac and the last time i ordered my order went so bad but the manager offered me free pasta and i didnt redeem because i live in stockton but i ordered again and the delivery was so fast this time and the food was delicious thank you dominos west sac you guys stepped it up alot from my last time ❤

Store does not have delivery drivers, yet you can order online for delivery, with no indication that this is the case. I find this unprofessional. I spent the time to order, paid $25 for my pizza, and get a call 5 minutes later saying I can only pick up in store. Now it will take 2-5 business days to get my money back. Updat your site pelase!
I called and was put on hold.for 20 mins I drove to store to find employees joking and on their personal smartphones while I was still on hold from my cell phone. I stood there for about 3 minutes before someone recognized and greeted. Horrible teens and young adults working swing shift 8pm 9pm. Zero stars.
