I was offended but the insults that came out of J.Lisa's mouth when all I wanted to do was order food. Had to wait about 20 mins on top of that just for her to come to the table. She has 0 customer service skills and even got my order wrong. Then had the nerve to insult my clothing like she has any idea of what I've been through or am going through. I'm gonna make sure everyone I know avoids this Denny's. I'd hate for them to be insulted as well.
Food was great. Servers always nice and a lot cleaner then past visits.
It was very nice we haven't been there in 2 years because of the Coronavirus and the waiter Michael was very nice and so was Erica and Anna
Quick, easy, but no longer open all night / late night. I think they close at 10pm now, but just make sure to call ahead just in case I'm wrong.The cooks n wait staff work hard, so when if it's super busy, just be patient and they'll get you situated as quick as they can.
My favorite Dennys in the Sacramento region! Everyone is super nice including the guests. I enjoy the 9 grain pancakes. I'll be there this weekend!
The people working were clearly sick and did not even both to keep their mask up. Whoever has hella messed up teeth was coughing all over several people food. Very gross. To add to that the entire order was incorrect after we waited a while to make sure it was correct. The lady did make it correct after we brought it up but that should not happen in the first place. The only reason we will go 2 stars is because the lady made up the order correctly after everything but that was after the fact. Poor service. Poor food by the time it was ready to go one order was cold and the other had just been cooked.. sometimes this dennys can.be good but this time was not good
Waited about 15 minutes to get water from manager. He took order. 1/2 hour later got our meal. On top of omelet was something burnt. Ok only pleasant was manager. Prices wow
I have a big soft spot for the West Sacramento, California, Dennys. My son is a manager there, and my fiance also works there. They do their best to make sure their customers are happy and feel welcomed when they enter the restaurant. Every time they enter the restaurant.
The two girls that were cooking had no idea what they were doing and were being rude to a waiter that was working there for at least 10 years now horrible. They had no gravy left so they just added water to some made up sauce a pesto sauce I didn’t eat and we left
This is my favorite Denny's but it seems like the food quality has been lacking. Prices have gone up. But the customer service is still wonderful.
