I am a regular at chipotle. I always go to this one and I don’t have many complaints. I go pretty often so I am bound to run into some average or below average orders, but I don’t pay no mind to it because I know that usually, when I go there I am satisfied. Sometimes I have run into food that wasn’t as warm as I would have hoped, or sometimes the workers don’t put nearly as much food as I would’ve hoped for and charge extra when I ask for more, which is why I took a couple of stars off, but ill definitely be returning for some quick healthy food
Very very slow.Went to pick up an order from online. 6:20 pick up time. It was over 10 minutes late. People who walked in ahead without preorder were out faster. Then they made the order cold. To top it off, the manager was really rude about it.
Food is old and flavorless it isn't my first time how can you be consistently awful. The Chipotle near ikea is much better then here.
Google and the door says they open at 10:45 a.m. Arrived at 10:44 a.m. and waited until 10:45. No one unlocks the door. Waited another 10 minutes. They have yet to open. Frustrated that they have not yet open and Google and the time on the doors says they open at 10:45 a.m. I don't recommend going here at all if they can't even open on time. I would give them zero stars but then Google won't let me post my review.
Food ordering takes over an hr, not sure why, but door dash delivery is terrible, they deliver from this one but i live in west sac and there's a closer one
This Chipotle's steak is so fatty, every single piece... It's basically inedible. Worst Chipotle I think ever?
Whoever makes online orders at this location hates their job and people. It's been over a year of bad reviews for this terrible Chipotle and they don't do ANYTHING about it. It's sad, Chipotle has fallen into the same category as McDonald's or Taco Bell. Heck, even those two make food better than this location. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY.
Whoever works meat here is literally the worst, the chef purposefully cuts the fatiest pieces of steak and puts them out to be served, every single piece is pure fat. The absolute worst cooks here, garbage chipotle.
Love this place. Just went tonight for a carnitas burrito (and to pay them for a free burrito received last week due to the register system down) First thing was the burrito. I know they have been dinged in the past for light burritos and I have had that happen before. I didn't bother me because I like less sometimes. Tonight I noticed the burrito went down the line to the last toppings and a second person stepped in to wrap it. She immediately asked me if I wanted more in the burrito and I said yes. It was already good enough but she re-visited the carnitas and rice/beans bins to fill it even more. It was a huge burrito. I think they are responding to the "light burrito" comments and are double checking everything which is Awesome. As I was paying I brought up the free burrito I received a week earlier due to computer malfunction and told them to charge me for that one also. They immediately declined and told me that is was on them. It was a great meal with chips and fresh guacamole on the side. This is definitely my Chipotle from now on.
Food was really good, the portions are understandable for the most part, can't be serving five scoops of meat because of the long lines. I feel like most of the time it's the customers that are rude to the workers, I see it every time I come here to eat. if i could rate the customers themselves i'd give a 1 star because some of them yell at the employees that are just trying to do their job. i honestly feel so bad for the workers :(
