I've worked in the caterer industry for many years and there is no way a food line should have look as unpleasing as this one was.If a health inspector came into this location, either multiple citations would have been given. The cross contamination of the food on the line was horrible. I witnessed the two employees scrape the food from the side of the containers back into the nearest container.Then the young lady asked us not to touch the protection glass, for sanitary purpose, but the entire glass from the start to the cash register was filthy! We had to look over the glass to get a clear view of the food.Maybe, this was just a bad day for them, we all have them
I paid $60 for a meal that was half full and only had half of my ingredients, which I had to go home and add additional ingredients...I also spent $60 to deal with attitude from a chubby chick with blonde hair who is mad at the world. 1st she gets mad because I changed my order and asked for salads instead of burrito bowls.. Then I asked for beef and she wants to argue over me wanting the shredded beef over the grilled.. I then asked for vinegarette dressing after 5 salads were made just for the girl to say in frustration "there is none!" I ask, so there's no dressing for any of my salads? and As she slops my food into their bowls she's like " no!" Then as I was walking out the door she starts mimicking me to the other staff. I was perfectly kind and did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. I rather starve than come to this ghetto establishment ever again.
Usually great but they do have off days, best bet is to get there early when it's fresh.
Absolute worst Chipotle in town. They filled my bowls half way, and we’re hecka rude. I asked for another bottle of tabasco sauce because The one at the substation was empty, and the person told me that they’re out even though I clearly saw a whole box of Tabasco sauce in the back. Absolute worst customer service. I expect better from chipotle, the service here is worse than McDonald’s.
Do not order online to pick up here. They have messed up my order 50% of the time! Last time I didn’t even get my selected meat in the burrito. Literally got scammed. Order in person or take your chances with this terrible system.
Ordered online and they forgot half my order then I call and no one answers the phone. Will never come here again
Worst customer service. Plate all thrown in, would not own mistakes. Loved food here, but need management review. Asked to return money, and was incomplete.
Went to Chipotle after years and wasn't disappointed had chicken tacos soft and crunchy
Faster to stand in line than it is to get your online order. The last three times I've ordered online, it has not been ready until 30+ minutes after the estimated time, and the orders were wrong each time when they finally were ready. I ordered an hour ahead of time today, waited an extra 20min inside, and there was still a line of 5+ people waiting for online orders that were placed even before mine. At least 10-20 people waited in line and got their food before I gave up.
Place was clean, was greeted when wr walked in. They ? and when o asked for more the didn't have a problem giving me more. I love the food and it it better for me than fast food.
