There shakes are horrible, and the costumer service is horrible, burgers are horrible. Thr frys are the only thing that are decent. We orded a shake and it was watery and they told us that it was cause the whip cream usually made it thicker. Which didn't make sense then the lady told us cause they just put in the ice cream so it's soft. They never made us another one and just left us with a watery shake. And burgers tasted like they had been siting out all day.
Burgers and fries are cold now and not much flavor it's just really not the same this used to be such a good Carl's jr. what a shame?

Usually this one is quite good but is was just mediocre. Nothing bad except the line of cars. It just wasn't as good as it used to be. Food was not very hot but the beverage tasted like it was watered down. So I am either at the end of the syrup or they are trying to get too many drinks out of the tank. It was not good.
The food here has been fantastic for over five years. Keep it up!
Food ( burgers and fries) were cold, and the beverages were flat. Quality is seriously degrading.
Had arrived just after breakfast, but they were kind enough to accommodate. Great service. Fast not too busy
Chicken waffle was so good I got 2 of them!!!
Good food but sometimes the cashier are rude. Hope they get better polite cashiers. We go back to places when people are nice and polite.
