The food was decent, but the service was mediocre. We got there, the bartender/server handed me the water bottle, cup, and told me to go take them to wherever I wanted to sit. We ordered through the online menu and it came out pretty quickly. We were the only ones there. One of the servers brought out the drinks and set it on the table. I said thank you but he never even smiled,made eye contact, or anything. Just walked away. Then he brought out the food, set it on the table quietly and walked away. It was a little weird but okay. Once our food and drinks were out we never saw anyone again. Nobody came to check or refill the water bottle. I went to the restroom and saw the bartender/server having some snacks and talking with the staff. The bathroom was leaking water and the toilet paper rolls were damp. My mom got a Paloma drink; the presentation looked so sad and it tasted like grapefruit juice. Overall just a very "blah" experience.
Food is ok. Burger for $11 is pretty flat, not as puffed up as it shows in the menu picture. frys and tots crumpled. Too much oil. I'm most disappointed with the place because of the un-generousity. I don't mind paying extra but I like to see big or normal portions. The Diet Coke was $3 and I got a child size bottle of 8 oz. That's about the size of half a glass of water.
We’ve been here on Monday June 20th and everything was amazing!Atmosphere, big choice of VEGAN burgers, delicious French fry!And what a sweet waiter Alex took care of us, was so fast, very helpful and his easygoing and funny character made us laugh a lot.Will be back for sure??Thanks, Alex
Great new place to get drinks and food. Vegan options available. Outdoor seating is fun and nice. It's a little pricey but the staff is great and they use Toast to place your orders rather then having a server. Wish they had a happy hour but still a great place to have fun with friends!
Yo I love this place. The food is amazing, the prices are amazing, the staff is great. I've been there over 10 times now, tried something different almost every time and have never been disappointed. Uncool burger with fries/tots and a tall beer ❤️❤️❤️
POSSIBLY THE BEST BREAKFAST BURRITO I’VE EVER HAD. And that’s a lot of burritos. One of the highlights of my recent trip to LA.Shout out Oscar + Travis who were working that day and for absolutely 5 star service. Really “uncool” place. The best fried pickles I’ve ever had. Good vegan burger. No fuss ordering experience. Outstanding cocktails. Service is great.
Mostly patio seating adjacent to a busy parking lot and street. Fencing, tall foliage, and blasting music are all employed to help disguise this fact. The strawberry-basil daiquiri snow cone was fun and tasty. The unpopular tots were okay. The chicken tenders and regular fries were crisp and decent sized. The burgers were great, but the buns were a bit soggy. The service was friendly and prompt. I wouldn’t seek this place out but wouldn’t rule out a return visit.
Sadly, uncool. Freezing patio at 9pm had no heaters, and everything is ordered on a mobile tab app from your phone. Which is fine - if the drinks didn’t take 20 minutes and the food 45-50 minutes. We didn’t see any food move from the kitchen during that time.Slow, zoning service was spotty - I asked for my missing hot sauce that was a 50 cent up charge, he said he’d grab it, and promptly forgot. It was faster to just close out my tab. Also the burger and fries portions were underwhelming - think $12-15 for a thin, small umami burger-esque waif that you worry about finishing too quickly from the first bite. Gimme some heaters and get that service and kitchen in gear, bribe me with more fries and it could be a good spot.
We had a party of 6 people and went on a Saturday night. Saw all the great reviews and thought we'd give it a try.After placing our orders, we waited 30 minutes for our drinks. Our food took an hour to receive as well. When we finally got our food, it was COLD - chicken wings, burgers, and fries felt like they had been sitting for a while.The servers were apologetic, which was great, but it was not a fun experience at all. I won't be coming back here again, let alone recommending it to anyone else.
