Easiest quality fish taco for dinner, breakfast, and lunch. Nice staff. Great casual clean atmosphere.
Ordered online with the QR code & ordered no onion on burrito. They brought the burrito out and said it has no onion but was full of onions. When I mentioned it to the “server” he said “oh well we have a long line”. As if I should have just ate it because they were busy. On top of that my margarita came not filled all the way. My husband said the food was great, I didn’t get to try it because they wouldn’t re-make my burrito. Service was not good at all.
Great food with great service. One of my favorite spots in LA. It’s simple, quick, and easy. Eduardo is always going out of his way to create an outstanding customer experience.
I am a true fan of the entire menu. But $11.35 for a large soup that came in 2 containers and measuring only 6 ounces total is just RUDE..

The food was 'meh', flat and one note, definitely feel like I paid too much for what I received. Totally bummed because I heard great things, was my third visit and was really hoping for things to change that did not. I would not recommend this to friends due to the aforementioned
I have ordered from this location 4 times on Postmates this month, and every single time they have messed up the order. I called Tocaya, and they blamed it on Postmates. So I reached out to Postmates, and they said I need to let Tocaya know. It took me yelling at the manager to finally get him to listen. This location keeps messing up.
Horrendous service. Ordered a soup and Guac and it took 30 minutes. They brought me the wrong soup and after another 10 minutes of waiting, my husband went to the counter to ask about the late soup.The manager came out to discuss the mixup. I asked the manager if he can bring it out now and he completely ignored me, spoke over me and proceeded to speak with my husband instead. I was incredibly disrespected. The soup was for me.I approached the manager to tell him that I felt disrespected and he did not apologize or take any measures to make it right.I worked in F&B for 3 years and I’d never treat a customer like this.
Had the tacos and was impressed. Fajita Burrito was also really good. Lots of vegan options but was not blown away by the taste
