Went here for an early dinner food was tasty and decent price got the lamb and chicken also the lamb rice. Got the yogurt dipping thing, the garlic and cheese nan didn't really care for it was pretty thin and somewhat dry. Service is good and friendly didn't take long either. I did order a iced tea and I guess it's an Indian version not sure tho was okay overall this place was good quick tasty and friendly not a bad price either 70 for both of us. Also the meat samosa was really good.
Had a good dinner, restaurantwas clean and host was polite and accomodating. Total for 2 with sodas was around $45. We ordered chicken vindaloo, the vegetable masala which were both good, as well as aloo naan which was decent. Definitely interested in exploring the menu more.
Tahmid was a great server, and the food was excellent! Had a great chicken saag dish, and the garlic naan was better than most I've had in other restaurants.
Hands down, some of the best tasting Indian food I’ve ever had. The service was amazing as well! Tahmid was our server and he was the nicest guy ever and very attentive to us. It’s also in a cool location with plenty to do after eating here.
SHOCKING OF WARMING UP TEA IN A PLASTIC BOWL. I tried to order tea and what i saw was absolutely shocking, first they had the tea kept in the fridge for who knows how long, then the cashier without any precaution and in a dirty condition pours the tea into a PLASTIC BOWL (can be melted) to warm it up in the microwave and then after warming again with no precautions pours it into a plastic cup. I was like nope thank you. Please be careful and stay healthy. This is not the way to service customers.
OWNER LIED!!!This is proof me and my friend Yasser spent $61 and a $7 tip at this place, the owner tried to make us look cheap and said we spent $14, you should be canceled unfortunately your not important enough
Horribly small portions, probably think we have to feed cats,Reply : I have added the receipt of $60 hahahaha $13???? Why would you lie? Your running a business, and why do you keep mentioning Weho in all your replies? If you can't afford to survive here move somewhere where you can, refund? Oh please I even tipped you nearly $7
This is far and away the best Indian food I’ve had since leaving NYC many years ago. The aloo gobi ( my favorite) is excellence, and they made it spicy for me, which most places will not do.Tried paneer for the first time (think it’s in a tomato sauce), and just wow!!Service is very sweet and patientIf you want Indian food in LA, don’t waste your time elsewhere
Very disappointing. Just moved to WeHo and we were looking for a good Indian restaurant but this is not the one. As a previous review mentioned the vegetarian Malai Kufta was basically soggy bread dumplings with no veggies inside, some herbs and very little taste. The sauce wasn't bad but it definitely was not medium. Very mild. Do not recommend. The Aloo Puratha was basically inedible. Very greasy. Tasted bad. Limp. Threw out instead of eating beyond the first bite. Do not recommend. The Paneer Masala was okay. Not enough to make us want to order from there again.
Ordered their chicken pakora, veggie Somosa and chicken tikka masala (spicy). The food was fresh and flavorful.
