Really Is a shame.This place is next door to my office and I'd love a local sushi spot.The older lady is a doll.The guy who I believe is her son is a lazy miserable human being.The place was empty and he couldn't be bothered to answer any questions about the menu and kept rushing away from the table while I was ordering so it's no wonder he got my order wrong.Then he didn't bring one of the dishes by the time the bill came. I got up and told him an item was missing, he didn't even ask which one, he automatically knew what I was talking about and removed it. Telling me he tried to sneak it in on the check.In total it took 45 minutes for one person to eat lunch in an empty restaurant.What a joke.

Super quality. Recommended by locals and full of locals when I went. Always a great sign. Don’t judge the book by it’s cover; it’s not new and flashy, but you will love the food!

Stumbled on this humble restaurant while staying nearby. Sushi and chicken tempura were excellent and really appreciated the laid back vibe and the kindness of our waiter.
I like this restaurant, because it feels like Japanese family-style foods when I was eating in Japan. The owners are very friendly. All appetizers are good. Sushi is fresh. Miso soup with tofu is awesome! We will come back when we are in town.

We r neighbors, they are good ones. I worried that restaurant food might not be moving/fresh, but we were dying for japanese. Rainbow roll, salmon teriyaki - couple basics for take-out to split w asian lady ( tough audience). Greeted by the family, the senora of the operation opened each one, described it like carol merrill on the price was right. Her hands glided along the perimeter of the styrofoam saying ' i guarantee this $hit'. THE FOOD WAS GLORIOUS! perfect in every way she sold me a big japanese beer and no lie - nirvana. Go here - its like, really japanese.
The food was good. The place is exceptionally clean and our waiter was very very friendly.
