Had a really odd experience, usually we love tender greens and eat it all the time. But today is different and I might have to stop recommending tg. My friend is allergic to raw fish. We made it really clear she is allergic and she wants grilled salmon cooked crispy, she cannot eat raw food. They actually served her raw tuna, we were so bewildered. We asked can she get crispy salmon and they gave her an almost raw salmon piece on the same exact plate in the raw tuna water. The salmon had no grill marks and was room temperature, it wasn't grilled or crispy at all. She asked if she can get a new plate because she is allergic to raw fish and they said no. She asked for her money back because she can't eat that, and they said no. They took her food and threw it away and she paid 30$ for nothing. The employees here were acting like bullies and not trying to help at all.
The ambiance is really nice and clean. Very friendly staff as well. Its high-end fast food because they do bring your meal to your table which is a nice touch. The salmon was okay and they gave me a very small piece. The mashed potatoes were delicious the veggies were ok. I spend $18.00 for lunch. Kind of crazy. I guess I'm paying for the convenience of it all.

I seriously have not found such tasty and affordable food in LA. Literally, I’m always disappointed at high prices and low quality food. tender greens is a 5+ star restaurant . I am so happy this place exists. It’s so healthy and fresh.
7 employees behind the counter- no one doing anything. Terrible service- for “ready made food” took about 15 mins to get the food.
The menu and ordering is a bit confusing. But once you're past that it offers choices for whatever you're looking for. Everything looks and tastes fresh. My favorite is the seared tuna
Tender Greens has really gone downhill as a franchise. It used to have multiple vegetable offerings now it has one. Too much corporate skimming and streamlining.
Okay tendergreens is a staple in LA for sure, and when it's good...it's great.When it's meh, it's, well meh. Could pass on it and not be too upset.I always get the steak plate....with mashed and the tendergreens salad. It's a great combo and filling.The steak can be hit and miss....which is why I have to give 4 stars instead of 5. Also today the bread was more chewy than toasty....which doesn't excite me.But the price is definitely reasonable.The other reason for a 4 rating is the amount of plastic they use. Just see the second picture. All their cups, plates, Togo utensils are plastic. I was pretty disgusted when I saw this. When dining inside you get plates and silverware....which is great. But Togo orders are the opposite. Forever plastic.For a restaurant in LA that uses words like farm...green.....healthy....they sure as heck could make their togo containers out of bamboo or other renewable resources. I mean, increase the price a bit. I'm in for the positive change!! Don't delay. This all ends up in the ocean....
Ordered salmon bowl and salmon was completely uncooked and raw!!! Horrible this place is a joke!
