One of the worst Starbucks stores out there. Employees Leslie & Susie are lazy and they will argue, insult, and then refuse service in retaliation. They are absolutely arrogant and spoiled girls. It seems like management of this store tolerates such abusive behaviour toward customers as these girls feel entitled and protected by their superiors. We also observed many upset customers at this location. This store is a complete getto.

I am not the first person getting treated with attitude at this ghetto store Super poor service and abusive staff especially the girl Reisley who lied about her name it’s Daisy , she shook her hands at me yesterday n a fist and they do not use clean containers in between drinks.Reported to head office and they are looking to investigate her. Starbucks is good, but occasionally, they mistake a Chai tea with a tea bag, for a Chai Tea Latte...not the same thing. But, overall, no worries.

I have lived in multiple locations within 3 major cities, East Coast to West Coast, and had the misfortune to move within walking distance of this Starbucks 11 months ago. When I move, a factor I consider is walkability to Starbucks. The staff are consistently curt and dismissive based on many experiences over the past year. On multiple occasions, orders were wrong and on a several occasions my drink was never made. I now forgo my Starbucks app losing the benefit of points and preorder to use the Starbucks inside Ralph's grocery store. On days when I want a slow pace, I will try this store hoping for change and am jolted back to reality.
I don't recommend this location. none of those employees know what they are doing .. I have been getting a passion fruit iced tea lemonade for years and never had a problem ordering it until now. The guy at the register asked if I wanted water mixed in my drink I said what?? I asked him to add sweetener to my drink and my order came out wrong with none in the drink. Then he told me I had to request it in my drink which I did and then another barista gave me a $4 gift card for the mistake when I paid $10 for my order. I felt insulted going to this location. I rather never go here with my son again. I will go to the one on Sunset better.
