Good customer service, friendly staff, and good vibes. However, massive disappointments in being true to their availability times. On our first night, we dined at the Merois, which had great food but did not let us in even at the 5:30 opening time, even with our reservation. On our second day, we went to the pool for a morning swim at 7:00 when it was supposed to be open. However, there was nobody to let us in, nor a lifeguard. Overall, good stay but warning, they are extremely unprofessional at keeping their availability.
Visited and stayed in August if 2021. Beautiful hotel with great dining options. The concierge is very helpful. Rooftop pool is convenient and ok for kids. Staff is great overall.
The Staff is very kind, the rooms were extremely clean. 24hr room service if you need it. It also has a great location. I actually slept very well on their hotel bed.
Top hotel experience - rooms are spacious, well designed and very comfortable. The service was above and beyond, everyone is friendly and responsive. Definitely a 5 star boutique experience.We loved the roof top pool, with unreal views of LA and a relaxing environment.Lastly, I left something behind, called the hotel when I realized and they held the item no problem, even offered to ship it!
I stay 10 days at the Pendry , people are attentive, very pleasant. Special award for Jackie, she’s very helpful and full of good vibes !The hotel is a definitely a lovely place to have a good time.The rooms are well designed it felt good to had few nights there.The food is good, we have many diner and tried many things. The Plus is the beautiful view in the Merois ! last but not least the Pastries …!! They are Amazing, wow!! …a must try!Soon i will get back in the Hotel i will stop at the Shop to eat a Croissant and a good Pastry!Thank You for everything.PG
This is a relatively new hotel on Sunset Strip in West Hollywood area (opened 2021), that also offers luxury residences, several Wolfgang Puck restaurants ranging from causal to fine dining, a bakery and of course, is walking distance from iconic hot spots, restaurants and attractions in Hollywood and West Hollywood.It is a welcoming, well designed comfortable hotel that is ideal spot for a quiet romantic getaway, business lunch/dinner. Excellent views of Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica beaches.Our recent visit was specifically for Valentine's Day lunch, so this visit was not complete with room service etc. It was a wonderful relaxing and quiet afternoon where we enjoyed the views, the art and other features of hotel.I recommend this for outdoor dining and people watching. It is in heart of Hollywood/West Hollywood so you just never know who will drive or walk by your table!COVID protocols are still in effect, so make sure to wear mask or show proof of vaccination status if you want to go maskless. Staff in all areas continue to wear masks.We look forward to our next visit to dine at other restaurants..
My daughter and I stayed here back in August and plan to come back in March. The hotel was absolutely immaculate. They take such good care of this place and it really is warm and welcoming. The people were so kind. They have the most amazing bar up on the roof… A lot of fun at night time. Their pool is also really cutting edge. They were so helpful and kind… We will definitely be coming back.
The rooms are very nice and the bed is very comfortable. However, the noise level when facing Sunset is pretty high, you hear everything on the street at night. The TV in the room is impossible to watch if you’re sitting on the couch. Shower is fantastic though. The service at the hotel is not quite up to par, imho - they’re not very proactive or eager to please. The food at the breakfast restaurant is good, nice pastries too. They’re only a few changes away from being great. Good luck!
Pure luxury, designed beautifully and incredible Staff and Management. The Pendry is luxury. From the moment you arrive you feel welcomed. Every touch point of design and hospitality is met. Gorgeous views, modern room design and amazing restaurants top off a most wonderful experience. We were only going to stay one night but ended up staying three because we had such a great time. The staff went above and beyond to help us in particular with a delicate situation. They handled us with ease, class and genuine concern for a small medical emergency we had. Shana was an absolute rock star getting things handled for us and Angel and the rest of his housekeeping team took care of us. Genuine hospitality can't be taught, the management is doing an excellent job of hiring the right people and staying on top of their brand. The Pendry is a must stay in LA.
Yes, I’m from out of town, but WOW this place is divine. Like, I felt rich and fancy and famous just sitting at the bar overlooking the gorgeous city lights and rooftop pool. The atmosphere from the lobby to the rooftop was unbelievable. Even the trippy black and white floor of the valet parking area was elite. We randomly stopped here for a drink on our way to dinner and am thrilled that we did! The cocktail we ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had.
