The eggplant and charcuterie apps were excellent. Prawn linguine and turkey rigatoni were terrific. Chocolate truffle cake and lemon tart were amazing. Pleasant staff and welcoming atmosphere.
Wasn’t happy about the fact that I had previously requested a table by a heater and that wasn’t accommodated. Later, when we asked for a heater we were told the one available didn’t have propane. Then we were told once the table behind us left, they would bring over the heater they were using. That never happened, even though the table they were talking about left well before we did. So I wasn’t happy about being ignored when it came to the heater. Especially on a cold windy day.
Service was very slow, it could had been better. We would had order more if the server would had been more attentive
My only complaint was the conflicting info regarding Valet. One told me it was for for the 1st 2 hour ,then one said it's$40. And then i ended up paying $30 dollars after Validation. I had a great time and i didnt want to spoil my night arguing with the valet, but won't go back again
Great little spot for a Sunday brunch.
Great. Thanks so much everyone.
outsanding service and an extremely attentive staff. cocktails were top notch as was dinner and dessert.
Loved the food and drinks. The jidori chicken is delicious. The lemon cello and vodka drink which I believe is called save the bees, is amazing. The DJ played good music (was there on a Thursday night)
Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. The service was beyond and the food was delicious. We didn’t have one bad dish. Outside seating in the back is the best!
I’m not sure what happened to the service at Ospero. We have dined here usually for breakfast or lunch at least a dozen times and every time there is an issue with the service. Whether it’s taking more than 20 minutes to be acknowledged, or receiving incorrect food orders, or being told part of the restaurant is closed due to understaffing, this establishment really doesn’t match up with the excellent hotel it is attached to. Despite the establishments being separate, given this is the spot most Pendry guests will dine at for breakfast outside of room service, Management aught to check in with Ospero about improving the guest experience as it drags down the hotel experience. The photo is of a plate of “eggs poached hard”.
