I ordered meat, hashbrown, pancakes and eggs from This establishment. I am really disappointed in how my food was delivered. I believe that they don't take take the time to cooked the food properly instead they want to sell as fast as they cant. The result is down below. The Meat I ordered was medium well but I received a piece of hard medium rare Meat. The hashbrown is 1-burnt and 2A undercooked, literally raw. The pancakes are all in bad shape and taste bad. Never ordering again for delivery from this restaurant.
Norm of the North just opened a restaurant and we went here, the polar bear, Norm of the North and his lemmings give us too much frozen stuff and sent all of us to the South Pole with the penguins while we were eating pizza. I mean it, don't go to this restaurant because Norm of the North owns it #NormOfTheNorthHaters
Classic style diner in Hollywood. Great food menu and very friendly staff. Had a great breakfast dinner and it did not break the bank.

Gosh, we used to love the retro authentic diner Norm's, particularly the one on Pico, which sadly closed its doors. We have been at least once, sometimes three times a week. However, even before the pandemic, the quality got worse and worse. Management, even senior management at hq did not bother to reply. Still, we thought they may have improved - and quality wise they did. But then they con you into subscribing to txt and download their app with phony promises. We did sent the txt as suggested below - and got an answer which did not remotely reflect the offer: it asked for our ZIP code. We asked our waiter, then the manager on site - they said that Norms has technical problems. Then they suggested to download the app - we tried in the presence of the manager assistant - it did not work. He did not know how to deal with this, shrugged and left, so we paid full price (plus tax and tip) for what was promised as a sign-up-bonus. I consider reporting this as false advertisement to the Better Business Bureau. A shame really, as once again, we used to love and rate the place 5 stars. We won't go again.
The service was one like no other, it was early morning valentines approximately 2:00am busy!! Never did I expect to have my meal and be attended so efficiently with such a great service within a quick time frame I was meeted ,greeted and ,seated and out with in an hour , excellent ? attitude and quality hot fresh dish thank youuu
Norms has decent meals, good for a nice homemade breakfast, or a late night meal after clubbing with friends. While the breakfast and sandwiches are great, do not expect a culinary masterpiece from most other items. For example, the mozzarella sticks have the texture and taste of being bought frozen from Costco and heated in a microwave. But the service is quick and the prices reasonable!
If you’re coming for exquisite dining you might be welmed, not underwhelmed or overwhelmed, but if you just need a good meal to satisfy you as you wander around looking for a place to quench your ever growing hunger then this is the place for you.
