I had incredible customer service from cashier Logan today regarding introducing me to their restaurant as a first-time guest. He was extremely informative, honest and likable which made me want to buy products from him naturally. Please do give him a raise for his hard work despite only being 20, he clearly has a quality beyond his years that is worthy of a management position.
I ordered curbside and I when I got there no one answered the phone. I tried calling twice and waited over 15 .minutes on hold. I expected it to be busy when I walked in and it wasn't. The manager was not apologetic and my food was cold. To add more, they also forgot the sauces that went with each meal ordered. They must be under new management, they use to be good but I won't be ordering again.
To the owner of the store at labrea n Santa Monica...My girlfriend loves this place big time BUT...4 times in a row her order was WRONG!!!This store needs to triple check the work of the cooks...she orders a salad with no cheese yet there's cheese. She orders Banh mi sandwich...they forget to put on the sauce, etc adds
Ordered online via Google "ORDER PICKUP" on Monday, 1/3/2022 around 11am right when they opened. It said pickup was ready in 15 minutes, and it was!Pickup was smooth, no issues at all what so ever! I literally walked in and to my right was a large shelf with all pickup online/postmates/uber eats whatever orders. I walked right up to it and then a staff member greeted me there. I told him my name and that I ordered online and we both saw my name on their paper bag right away (see picture)!I am vegetarian and really like their Vegan Banh Mi. This is the only food I have tried at Mendocino Farms and I always order it. It was delicious and consistent with other Mendocino Farms locations.Will definitely be returning again!
So I ate my food so fast I didn’t even get any pictures that’s how good it was!First-The location is really nice. Right off Santa Monica Blvd near the West Hollywood gateway shopping center I believe. And the staff is fast! I was really impressed with how they handle things. A lot of takeout and dine in customers. So this place must’ve been good!Second-I ordered through Uber eats and got my food in great time, and was fresh and well prepared. I got the unreal Reuben. And it was my first time trying beyond corned beef and I was really impressed! It was so good! I got that and my fiancé got the beets and goat cheese salad and she loved it. That’s her go to and it was one of her favorites! I definitely recommend this place and I’ll be FOR SURE ordering again!
The best Mendocino Farmsever. I will drive miles for their Mendocino Farms tastes like ice cream. Milk fresh, tastes clean and not diary. Find them in CA county at Mendocino Farms.

The impossible burger is really good. Like other reviewers say, it’s overpriced by a couple bucks for what you get. Not a deal breaker if you’re looking for a decent sandwich
