Delicious food and nice ambience. We had the Shishido peppers, which were seasoned better than any I’ve had before. The yellowtail crispy rice was delicious. The ribeye bites were incredible. The jalapeño cream sauce was one of my favorite things about the meal. Their “outdoor dining” is mostly indoors but there is some ventilation around the roof, and they did open the doors at our request.

Good Service, nice modern elegant ambiance, 2 thumbs up

First time. Enjoyed. Great service

Didn't disappoint. Food was excellent. Service was outstanding.

The sushi was excellent and the dessert was out of this world. The service was fantastic, never worried about my water needing a refill.

Definitely one of the very top restaurants I have ever been to. The Food was a 10+++, the Service was truly the Best Ever. They work together as a team. It seemed like I had my own staff serving us. Our Waitress Emily was personable, professional and the Best of the Best and her co-worker Brandon was always at the ready. The Manager, Adrian put together the best team and it made our visit perfect. You have your choice of sitting in several different environments, all are wonderful. I can't say enough good things because this restaurant and its staff deserve way more than 5 stars. I didn't know that food could taste this good. ENJOY!

The restaurant was recommended by the concierge at our hotel, so since they recommended two excellent restaurants the two nights prior, we were excited to finally get some 1st class sushi. That was not the case by a mile. I live in New York, which is full of great sushi restaurants and I probably dined in most of them over the years. I love sushi and I can discern between good and so-so sushi. We had so-so sushi at Koi. But that's not the whole story. It wasn't only that the rice was not well prepared, or that there was a tiny piece of fish in each sushi, or that the presentation was utterly uninviting, because I've had experiences like that at other sushi restaurants, but not at these prices. I don't mind paying serious money for serious sushi, but not for what Koi is serving.

Excellent sushi & service! Koi is worth going & celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or just the little celebrations of life! I just moved to L.A. and have already been to Koi more than 5 times. I suggest starting out your night with the espresso martini or Shiso gimlet depends where you want the night to go, ha! I’m already planning my next celebration at Koi!

The food was great but the waiter is extremely disrespectful. We had some trouble with creditcard and he told us “ why you come to restaurant without credit “Disgusting dude. Would never go back there. And by the way out bill was 1200dollar+And still the guys was ruthless. And of course we paid it while leavingGr joey

Pretty good! I loved my meal (cucumber rolls, baked crab roll, miso soup, and drinks) and my boyfriend loved the eel but he wasn't thrilled with the sea bass that he got. Overall though, I'd definitely come back for that baked crab roll.
