Worse service ever, over priced, our server took 15 minutes to wait on us, no drink order, no table setting, he also never once checked on us but had time to gossip with two other tables that he must have knew them. Don’t waste your time or money….
Lots of outdoor seating on covered patio. Food is comforting, generous and quite delicious! Quality ingredients. Service was all very good. Plus 2 for 1 mimosas. Love
We came in on a Thursday afternoon. Greeted at the door, chose our table inside, waited near 10 minutes for anyone to say hello. Yes I know everyone is short staffed. 3 other staff members looked at us when we sat while they were chatting together. They looked at us several more times. Bartender asked the only server on if they were coming over. He said you gotta give me a few minutes. Opportunity for someone who isn’t busy to say hello and maybe get some drinks started. Okay no problem. Server finally comes over and it was just the proverbial “what are ya gonna have?”. Opportunity missed for recovery and improve experience. We ordered and food came hot and it was pretty good. No one checked on us, at all. I watched the bartender sit on his phone nearly the whole time. Waited for the check and no one came. Had to go the bar, bartender still phone in hand, and waited some more. I work in this industry, I get it. Staffing issues, labor goals, etc. but this is hospitality, service. Lmk when we get back to at least average service. Then we will come back.
K24 (as it's known to locals) has been a West Hollywood staple for a decade, the perfect place for brunch or a late-night meal. Great for pregaming too, due k24's legendary 2-for-1 happy hour and full bar.Menu favorites include the k24 breakfast sandwich, ahi tuna salad, fried chicken and turkey burgers. The entire menu is good, all the burgers, sandwiches, and breakfast items. Love the smoothies too, except they are too small for the price.The k24 patio is always packed for Sunday brunch, but every sunny day here is a great place people watch on Santa Monica Boulevard.
This is a "vaccine required only" restuarant and they will not accept a negative covid test no matter how recent the test was taken. This was a major disappointment on my birthday especially because proof of vaccination doesn't eliminate the fact that someone can still actually have covid upon arrival or even contract it while sitting outdoors near the busy sidewalk. Somehow CDC mandates only apply to this restuarant but none of the places in Hollywood, Santa Monica, or DTLA. This information should be more apparent on their website or at the time of booking.
This place looked amazing to eat at. We are not from CA. We understood that the mask mandate has been removed but they asked for a vaccination card. According to LA county law it says that we can dine outside without issues or having a vaccination card. They were very rude about this when we came in to be seated outside. Well they said that there was no way we were coming in without proof of vaccine. The manager acting disgusted when we asked the policy and the new laws regarding outside dining. He was very rude and told us to leave because we were asking questions. Not only that they refused service to a US veteran with her service dog. Just ridiculous and I don't recommend this place at all. Very rude staff.

When first arriving at Kitchen24 with my party of four, we were greeted by a older man with grey hair, and a stand-offish attitude. This made me doubt my selection at Kitchen24, however, instead of being attended to by him, we were helped by Drew, who ended up being one of the most pleasant, warm, and friendly waiters I’ve ever had the chance of serving me in the past. He catered to our every need despite management restrictions, and in general, made us laugh and lifted our spirits. His service was definitely 10/10 and I would come back just to be served by Drew. The food was exquisite, very tasty and was prepared the way we ordered it. The meat we ordered was very tender, soft, and juicy. Overall, an amazing experience, for an affordable cost. Thank you Drew for the amazing service!
Love this spot. The vibe is super cute yet casual. Outdoor seating w heat lamps was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. All the food and drinks were soooo good. My group ordered breakfast and lunch options with some apps and we cleaned plates lol. Def stop by and thank you to all the staff for a great experience !
My go to when I'm in west Hollywood and hungry for brunch. The environment is hip and the staff is amazing. The food and drink options are the best.
