The sandwiches are great. The people working here are unprofessional.
They completely rip you off on the amount of meat it's a gyp make it yourself somewhere else go anywhere but here they rip you off the only meat that's not processed is roast beef and they don't give you hardly any cheap rip off. If we reward people ripping us off we are bad consumers do not go there until they I have a commercial saying we're going to double our meat because doubling it would be almost enough

Dang. . .poor Scarlet! I was gonna write my review about how this is by far my favorite JM's. . .Chris, CJ and the rest of the crew are always upbeat and very accommodating. . .I don't know what to say about poor Scarlet's review except for some people go a little over board with reviews when they've had a bad day or something else in life isn't going well. . .maybe this is the case and if so I so send me my best. . .if that's not the case. . .well, a one star review is unacceptable to give and to say this is the worst food ever? Dang. . .that's quite a hyperbole. . .weird. . .
The men working here were sooo rude!! Not nice at all. No staff moral. One young guy was nice, but the older gentleman taking orders was crazy! The order was wrong, gave me beef instead of chicken, and then said they don’t usually change the order to give us what we want… umm?? The attitude on the people was the WORST! Never going back there. The food was the worst thing I have ever eaten !

the food was good but the customer service was very poor and rude. the dude was getting so angry just because i wasn't ordering fast enough (no line), they have so many side conversations while in the middle of taking orders. they give extra rude customer service if you don't tip! will not be coming again and strongly advice NOT coming here.

Really enjoyed my Philly Chicken sandwich. The Chef/cook??... Cooked it to perfection. The taste was empecable, Delicious.... Only forgot to get the Yellow Chili Peppers ??. Then they would have gotten a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Overall, Very Satisfied Customer.Keep up the Good work.
