In LA from London for the week. This is my second pizza order in two days via Uber Eats. Great service. Amazing tasting pizza. Highly recommend.
the guy at the counter was didn't respond when I said hii I told him the name I was picking up for he had no clue and I said ty when he gave me the pizza he didn't say anything and continued to talk to another guy and forgot to give me my 4 sodas and when I called to ask for a refund that they didn't give us are soda idk my wife ordered he simply stated you forgot it you can just pick them up..I been looking forward to going here for a while I finally did and the pizza wasn't even that good as it was at other b.m.b.p restaurants..

The customer experience was abysmal. I ordered 3 slices, one cheese, one pepperoni and one with sausage and pepperoni. I ordered the went to shop at Ralph's. I then picked up the pizzas placed in my car and drove directly home. I was hungry and looking forward to enjoying the pizzas after a long week. .boy, was i disappointed. I opened the box and low and behold 1/2 of the pepperoni was missing.I called and explained that to the manager. Sent a photo. He then sent me a photo from the security camera showing him taking it out of the oven. Accusing me of lying about a $7.00 purchase.I am mad as hell... never to return. Customer service matters.
wouldnt take my order in person at 2:24 pm they are not taking orders i guess why be in bussines if u cant take order at anytime came back next day and the another costumer took my order and explain why wasnt my order taken and gave me a free drink
