Met Tasha she was amazing. Great cocktails and breakfast offerings. Great hotel restaurant for breakfast, cocktails mid day snacks.

This is a cute restaurant and I enjoyed eating breakfast every morning. It is a bit pricey though so do keep that in mind.

Lunch was great and service w Tasha was even better!!! Great conversation, delicious chickpea burger!

Great hotel and good services, awesome night scene for those whom dine in and like to walk around property for photos, I recommend highly and very safe location.

The service at 1 hotels Is always excellent. The food amazing, linens, amenities all goodHowever avoid booking the “studio suite” if you like natural light. The rooms, while cavernous in size are dark caves and noisy - they are on the “triangle” part of the building so only a small window.Otherwise the place is great but I’m claustrophobic so - checking out early.

The stay was amazing but that was due to level of service we received by mark and his team. Mark and the team ensured we had a smooth check in and went over and above. Definitely won us over a long members of 1 hotels

The best Hotel in all of Los Angeles. The Restaurant located in the lower floors of the Hotel (1 Kitchen) is very welcoming and makes for a wonderful atmosphere to host a friends and family gathering. A stay at 1 Hotel West Hollywood gets you your dollar's worth.

Absolutely stunning hotel, one of the most beautifully crafted aesthetics I’ve seen. Textures, materials, colors, friendly staff, all in all great! The reason I took off one star is because I booked a suite at a slightly higher price than the regular king bed rooms, but my suite turned out to feel like a dark cave right by the busy street. Consequently, I asked for a different room and got a nice regular king room with more light but the trade off was that I ended up having to pay suite pricing for a regular room which left a sour taste in my mouth, especially considering that my friend who booked a regular king room got an incredible room with views over the entire city. This could have been handled better and I do not recommend booking a suite unless you don’t mind a dark cavy feel (the room aesthetic is still very nice!) and some street noise. The bellman Sean (Sean?) was especially nice and helpful!

Very cool and chill place to hangout. The lobby lounge is a great spot. Great service but not like a bar where they bother you. Great views and pool would be even better if it was cleaned. Disclaimer: we were there just prior to xmas. Very good location on Sunset. Great deli (Daughters) is about half block away. One less star because there was a lot of road noise. Ask to get a higher floor. Overall nice staff nuce hotel and if you like design, the eco related concept and hip locale... you're good.

The only thing which is 5 star high in this hotel is prices. Room that we got was nice but super tiny with small windows looking to nowhere. Up on arrival we noticed that the room was not cleaned properly after someone with a pet. Short hair was laying everywhere. We were moved to another room with even tinier window. One. Tiny. Window. Blackout curtains in this room are installed the way they don’t really blackout. TV is not working. Bed sheets with holes. WiFi connection is super slow. Overnight valet super overpriced. Stuff is cool, interior design is nice(outside of freaky tiny windows that make you feel like you live in a closet) but this is not 5 star experience by far.
