Disappointed that on the day I was there they ran out of udon noodles and the staff tried to pass some phony excuse. They weren't very accommodating with the inconvenience.
My order is beef with vegi, the beef is hard I can't even bite it or chew either. Cashier is unfriendly to Customer. Hopefully next visit is better if not I'm probably stop eat at Yoshida in West Covina.
Very clean tables! The portion of meat that I received was not acceptable for the L size. The amount of beef given was equal to what's in a bowl.?
I ordered the large combo. Brown rice looked like oatmeal, the chicken was burnt and the meat was bland. Worst yoshinoya so far.
I ordered delivery. I get my food and this restaurant couldn’t be bothered to put anything of ginger or the spices or none of the seasonings I mean how freaking cheap is this restaurant. They can assume that anyone who’s ordering delivery may want this stuff I mean how idiomatic are they. Very disappointed at how cheap. Oh wait, thank you for the forks and napkins
Very, very bad. I ordered thru the app - curbside. I was informed my order would be ready by 5:48pm. I arrived at 5:45pm, and selected the "I'm Here" button on my app. I sat in my car until 6:02pm. I saw thru the window that there were togo orders ready, and the employees were standing around talking so I went inside to find out what was going on. I was asked if I was there for pick-up, and I informed him I was curbside and I'd been waiting for 15 minutes outside. He said their system was down and it didn't tell them when someone arrived. I informed him that was unacceptable, as I had been parked in the "Curbside" parking spot that the store had designated, which was right in front of the store and clearly visible to employees inside. I requested they remake the meal, which they did. I would like to talk to a store and district manager about this lapse in employee understanding of customer service. I would also like to be compensated and/or refunded for my meal.

Food r OK sevice okThe only thing is sometime I place my order n I got to told them I need brown rice as soon as I remember I tell them they say is already make ntheg can not swap I have to order a new new I don't know why there is still lot of people behide me they could give the order to next customer who order the same combo I mean just a regular combo not thing special is not their fault but they could swap it it if they want to but they just no sometime I make a mistake at McDonald's they just make me a new order with out a words anyway not complaining the food I just try not to come back if I don't have to food r good sevice ok

It was completely empty because people are still covid sensitive. I wanted to enjoy my food so I decided to sit in the restaurant and eat. The server the cook the environment was positive great energy great people obviously a great place to work!!! ?
