The guy here is so rude. I came a second time to see if maybe it was just a bad day but no he is terrible. Gives attitude and makes you repeat yourself more than 3 times. Secondly the place is disgusting it’s so dirty. Boxes all over the kitchen area countertops filthy and the containers for the sauces tossed all over the bin with us super unsanitary. How is this place still so popular and running. Never returning to this place.
This place is disgusting, horrible... Thee owner was very disrespectful towards me, screaming at me saying I DON'T CARE repeatedly, got angry and bipolar on me for no reason, talking at women like that is poor service, unethical, unprofessional, the owner/ Chinese man should be getting treatment, medicine for anger management, PTSD, bipolar, he should not run a restaurant he also seems racist, the guy is insane and THE FOOD IS NASTY, chicken is fattening and chewy ?, OVER PRICED... I would never go here again! The women that work there are extremely polite and professional!!
Let's just say the customer service is terrible. When I ordered my food the guy there acted liked he couldn't hear me. I had to repeat myself numerous times. Then when my food was done he did not even tell me. I asked for sauce and he just kept pointing to it instead of communicating to me like an adult. I don't like to make racist claims however as a black/mixed women did feel like I was treated differently. When I told him I did not appreciate his customer service he said it's only him and was very rude certainly not an excuse to treat paying customers poorly. I definitely won't be going back.
Greedy. This is a few weeks late BUT I wanted to mention the bad service and distasteful business this place does. The place ran out of white rice and the only option was brown rice (which costs more) they charged us for the brown rice, even though we didn't want it and it wasn't our fault they ran out of white rice. What made matters worse is that the employee tried to advocate for us not to be charged but the OWNER, greedily said "charge them for it, charge them!" BS !!!!! Do better business

This is a great place for lunch and dinner. They have a good selection of items to choose from. The portions are great and prices are decent. I like to order online and then they have my order ready in minutes. My favorite place is half and half veggie beef bowl. I recommend this over WaBa Grill or flame broiler.
